I missed my connecting flight and arrived at New York at 2am! All the airport hotels were sold out because of a storm. So I finally found Surfside. The area is great and there’s tons of eating options. It’s a nice place just to walk around. The bed and room were good and I slept well.

Free parking in hotel lot. Lot is small so show up at check-in time (2pm) to get a spot cause they fill up fast...Rooms: The room was mid but clean & the price was decent for what it is.. Oh & BIG TV! That was a plus..
