Terrible Customer service, applied for mortgage took all the documents required came back with some outrageous rates when the banker was questioned on why rates are so high compared to other places loan was denied saying documents were not verifiable total waste of time and effort. Ultimately went to another banker and received loan. Discrimination practices at it best as all customers approved only if they are Chinese with no bank documents or real income sources. Predatory banking practices stay as far away from this place as possible!

He is very helpful and guided me through all the processes till the closing with detailed approached and guidance with full commitment and nice treatment being available all the time when needed. Czar Yeung is my mortgage banker. I went thru a very smooth and very well informed process with him. He would let me know the best program out there that would fit best for my need. I closed my loan very promptly from start to the end. Given the low interest rate, I would encourage people to give him a call to discuss all possibilities. Overall I could not be more happier with the experience.

Diane Yu is the best of the best! Without her, I probably could not own a home that smoothly. She is professional and caring. The apartment I purchased is a cooperative apartment. She helped with: 1. My mortgage application, which I got approved for a good rate. 2. Broad application package, which she is very good at, even though she was not responsible for that part. She is the one going for an extra mile to make things happen. 3. When there was an error occurred because of the management company, Diane was the one who called the related parties and solved the problems for me. I would not hesitate to recommend Diane Yu as a professional, caring, and smart mortgage broker.
