As a new customer to this facility, i was very much impressed by the fast and friendly serbice that store Manager Shareese provided. Not only was the pricing very reasonable for my 5'-15' unit, the tour of the facility was very clean, organized and gave me secured vibes. Will definately recommend this location to others.

Just came to get rid of some stuff and the store manager ( Sharisse) was very nice and helpful. She even gave a extra bag and broom to tidy up in my storage unit. BUT,.... the unit today was FULL of rat / mouse droppings!!!! It was discussing!!! I took pictures and videos and I'm embarrassed to show them . I ask the store manager if they clean the hallways and she said they do but not with what I saw today!!!

I came in for a last minute storage and the man at the desk Verace was very helpful he showed me a couple of spaces and I chose the one I wanted. Hes very professional and was also working by himself and still took care of other customers. If you need storage for and ask for him

Needed some last minute storage options and Verace from storage mart helped me out. He spent a good 40 minutes showing me some spaces and got me a great price for the unit. He was very knowledgeable and eager to help.

Verace and the leadership are excellentIt amazes me how much they do for all the customersThe policies are fair and reasonableThey even go the extra mile to help people keep their payments currentI know I can trust them with my things-unlike other storage facilities, that I have seen reviews of with multiple break-ins,this one is great for me because I do not see any break-in activity hereMy property is safe and the management cares about their customers

Wish they would have more parking space. We had to double park in the street and waited til others unloaded in order for us to unload our truck.I also wish they had longer hour's on the weekend. We had to rent the U-Haul for 2 days because we weren't able to finish it in one day due to the inconvenience.

I came in a week ago and met with Verace he showed me a few storage spaces and told him I would be back, I came inroday and he showed nme another space because the one I wanted was not available. I rented the space it was clan and I was extremely happy with his service. He made a difficult decision easy. I highly recommend renting from storage mart and for see Verace

I came into Storage Mart with questions and needing help to find a space to out my things, the property manager Verace greeted .e with a warm welcome and asked me what I was storing, he showed me a couple of spaces and I made the decision on what I wanted. He has great customer service and very patient and in top of everything else the facility is very clean and smells good , he was by himself but handled myself and the other customers with the same energy and enthusiasm
