Awesome studio. Calm and Clean! So far I have tried Spencer (pilates reformer/ tower and pilates playground), Sasha (pilates reformer / tower), Sheila (yoga), and Masako (pilates reformer / tower and pilates for flexibility and posture) since joining in Mid August. They are all great and unique in their ways.

I was new to trying Pilates and took one-on-one lessons with Spencer last year to get comfortable with doing it. Spencer was very patient with me and helped to guide and fix my movements when I felt awkward doing them. I'm now trying his classes; the price point is really affordable!
