Idiots.
I called spectrum at 6 PM on a Sunday. They told me that I need to go in and change my modem. The phone agent told me that this store closes at 8 PM. Same did Google maps. Mind you this is a SPECTRUM AGENT that told me that it closes at 8 PM.
I dropped everything and made my way there and got there at 7:25 PM only to discover they close at 7 PM.
The miscommunication makes them idiots on both sides.
I just wish I wasn't in the center of it. I hate dealing with idiots.

I was there today for some issues for my line that closed without my permission. Sale rep Jazmin with very rude attitude didnt even want to listen or help just giving me new double price i have to pay with horrible attitude. Its so shame how a person do her job with nasty attitude as place like that.When i ask manager i get help so shame really shame .

THE poorest customer service you will ever experience. This staff is negligent and incompetent's. Refuse to help with the SERVICES, that their job description dictates them too. If you don't like your job, GET A NEW ONE.

Spectrum at the Queen's Mall is very convenient when I'm hanging out with my daughter. They have free WiFi and charging stations. If I need a new remote control for my TV I can get one while I'm here. I'm not happy about my huge internet and cable TV bills. I have had the service since it was Time Warner and it's hard to let go. I'm finally tired of watching the same shows over and over so I am exploring more channels. Plus the addition of Disney Plus has been great. I watched Summer of Soul and this week Hamilton. As for the internet I've never had outages and I certainly have enough speed for what I do. I'm giving this location and my current feeling about Spectrum 4 Stars. I'm sure I will probably be disenchanted when my year of internet and cable discounts $20 a month each ends!!

This store is in the basement of Queens Center Mall. Fast service & clean place. A young associate named Sabir (not exactly sure of the spelling) was attentive, helpful & SO PATIENT with my questions. He was great.

I walked in and went right to the next representative. No line at all. Very pleasantly surprised. It was around 7:40pm.Spectrum is a ridiculously over priced service but I have to say, the employees are good at their jobs and were it not for that, I'd probably have Verizon by now.
