I had an amazing experience with Donte, Washington, and MITU at Spectrum. They went above and beyond to help me with all of my issues, worked through every complication I had, and made sure I understood everything moving forward. Being reassured about future notices meant a lot to me, and their kindness and professionalism really stood out. Thank you, I will definitely be going back to the store. ๐๐๐๐

Iโve been a spectrum internet member going on 2 years now.. last night I decided to open a mobile line in store and the process was very easy took all of maybe 20-25 mins to complete probably could have been shorter if I wasnโt indecisive on what iPhone I wanted.. anyways Iโm here to say thank you donte for your great customer service and professionalism & keep up your Amazing work ๐ค

I love spectrum store they sent out a guy this amazing tech to install new service he made it happen. Even tho the other company cut my lines for service he run a new one. He's also I cool guy they has a very real energetic vibe, they sent the right guy for the right job. And he takes safety seriously he was about to go to his truck for some safty glasses but I had a extra pear ๐๐ถ

Just came today 08/08/2025. The representative is so rude and sounds discriminating I forgot to ask her name she didn't have a name plate on her. Very bad experience. She didn't even introduce her name when opening our conversation. She shouldn't be in front desk job. She sound a little Indian or Bengale in that genre. I'm not sure how to describe her since she didn't introduced her name. Sorry for that.

Worst internet ever have to use my phone data to get wifi in my own house, blanks out every second of the day you pay for 250 mbs but only get 5

I went in to return some equipment. Deja (I believe) was so rude and dismissive. I was very nice. I believe in greeting someone before asking for help so I said hello good afternoon. She didn't respond, she just told me to take my things out of the bag and then proceeded to not say anything.
People who work in customer service should be trained in how to talk to clients. And if they don't want to deal with people then they shouldn't work on customer service.

I would give this place a 0 star rating. Went into get a phone twice, first time they said I couldn't get it. Second time they gave me the WRONG phone and unpackaged it before giving it to me.

Yeah they are good , very good , but they will also try to con you in buying other things you really don't need . But they are very good , how I know is because I am a customer and have a set up with them as well . The prices are wonderful ๐๐
