I subscribed to Spectrum Residential TV/Internet Services in Oct/2022 when I purchased my new apartment. You get to choose 15 à la carte cable channels, Spectrum throws in available local channels, and with Internet service, for $119.98 a month for 12 months. But curiously, Spectrum increased my monthly bill to $122.40 only after 4 months in Feb/2023. And I was charged $123.47 per month by Aug/2023, by Oct/2023 I was billed $128.77 per month and by Feb/2024 I am now paying $135.93 per month. So the one-star rating is for Spectrum service integrity.P.S. Pre-programmed identical generic response to all complaints and inquiries - No exception! They are useless and only to show that Spectrum can careless of their customers comments. A system is corrupt when it is strictly profit-driven, not driven to serve the best interests of its people.

Came in there which this location is closer then the one at mall. And I notice right away most of the staff aren't or willing to help you with better options in saving a little money on your bill instead they kept offering other options but with higher numbers. I told them that you all should be retrain in serving your customers with better plans and discounts and that you give spectrum corporate a bad name.

Am paying customer. Internet was down and wanted to activate mobile sim. Was told in store by the employee who signed me up it’s been to long to activate sim mobile (it wasn’t). So would be another 30 dollars a month on top of my monthly bill. I refused. Went to the spectrum store in Queens Mall got mobile hooked up no extra charge I would avoid this location
