My husband and I came into the store and were so impressed with the service we received. Raymond and Johanna were informative, patient and helped us to save alot of money. We changed our cell phone service and also saved money each month on our cable bill We highly recommend these two professionals and this store

care about your customers who are having problems not say we do not want you as a customer anymore, I have been out of a job for 2 months. my unemployment has been held up due to fraud from someone trying to get unemployment during the pandemic. now I cannot look for a job without internet. in nextv2 months I will be good again but just need help. they said no. after over 30 years of a customer

Spectrum service made me can’t work my job for a week, lost more than 700 income, and lost the most importantly thing is my work phone number! Because I been asking from the customer service to Transfer my number to spectrum mobile many times, they told me is 29.99 for two lines and is NOT! The most Ridiculous thing is spectrum lost my number! The Customer representative told me my number got Stuck while Transfer and they sent the request to the wrong career so they can’t do anything about it! Please anybody can help me what can I do now? Because I work for Uber and I need that number to sign up my account! I can’t work for a week now, I been talked to almost 20 representative! Every talk is more than one hour to two hours, it Waste me a lot of time and all the answers is they can’t do anything the only way is to keep waiting! Even Transfer me to the supervisor and the supervisor told me she don’t have that power, they have all different departments so can’t help me with that!! Because my number send to the wrong carriers so it Usually have to take at least a week to fix that problem!! And now I still can’t have my number back!!! I need spectrum to give me a reasonable and fair compensation, and I need to know how they will compensate me for the loss of my number and the loss of my work income!! And Please make it clear that this is spectrum’s mistake, I trust Spectrum service at the beginning so I Decide transferred to spectrum mobile, and now I have to dealing and Handle with all the mistakes that Spectrum made! This is the worst experience that I ever had to Got my phone transferred to spectrum mobile!!! I really hope anyone work in spectrum can see this and help me where and How do I file a complaint to spectrum and contact the grievance or the manager department?!! How can spectrum pay me back all my lost in these many days!!

The man manager with long girl hair with the hat PAUL is very disrespectful only went on drop off a box and expects me to wait over an hour all the employees were not working and playing around DO NOT COME HERE

Went to exchange my cable box like I was told to do when I called and the employees at this store were nasty, unprofessional and rude just like they are on the phone. Many other people I’ve spoken to have also complained about the nasty personnel, No wonder everybody is either cutting cord or switching from Spectrum to a better provider.

Went to this store today and was pleasantly surprised by excellent service. In particular, I want to give a shout out to Johana, an amazing sales person. She went above and beyond the call of duty today. It is rare to find someone so helpful and knowledgeable these days. I strongly recommend a visit to this store when you need spectrum. Ray was also very helpful. Thanks fuys!!
