Staff in the store are great. But overall "not good". They keep raising the internet and cable tv rates every few months and at the same time reducing or removing any promotional discounts. Instead of canvassing for mobile phone plan sign ups, maintain reasonable costs for the tv and internet. It makes Verizon Fios a close call now. Why would someone reward you with mobile business when you're constantly escalating costs on your bread and butter services? Company needs to reassess their business model or lose to Fios, Optimum and others.

To sum it up, Terrible and childish customer service. I couldn’t get her name cus her tag was on reverse but another worker told me her name was Pia, an older black woman in her 40’s she gave so much attitude unwarranted.
I came in with my mom @6:45pm during that time I would hear her yelling across the room to nobody “anybody is doing credit only. Anybody doing mobile service” we weren’t sure who she was yelling those orders and questions to since we saw our name on the waitlist in the screen and we were yet to be called by name.
There was another worker who was busy helping out a family and told us he will be with us after he is done with the other client meanwhile Pia never looked up from her computer and addressed us even after finishing off her client.
Around 7:40pm she leaves for 15 mins to go to the back room of the store. When she comes back she goes up to a male customer to tell him it’s @8pm and it’s closing time to which he vocalize his frustration since he was interested in becoming a new customer and wanted to set up an account and been waiting over 30 mins. She tells him come back another day without acknowledging his inconvenience.
Then she leaves for 5 mins probably to continue closing the store and leaves us there waiting. She comes back out and asks us what we need and we said we are here to buy a new phone. She sucks her teeth and stomps her feet and looks away for a good while probably to roll her eyes and says that’s gonna take too long cus the system is slow. I tell her that we’ve been waiting for over an hour and if the system was really that slow and there was a problem why couldn’t she have told us that from the beginning so we didn’t have to waste our time. She looks away again, sucks her teeth at the wall and says “idk what to tell you.” And walks away. Didn’t even apologize or acknowledge our frustration just like how she treated the other guy like what kind of response is that. I have never seen such childish and dismissive behavior from an adult and an employee.
Luckily the other black male employee was kind he said he can try to help us after the family. We took into consideration that he was swamped and it was already closing time so we told him it’s okay but Pia should’ve been the one to help us since she was free. She was more concerned about closing up shop and locking doors than attending to the customers that have been waiting a long time to finally be served.
Don’t bother coming here unless you want to waste your time and get disrespected. Management needs to fire her or give her a warning because they are literally losing clients cus of her.

Horrible experience returning equipment and disconnecting service from Spectrum. All three representatives got it wrong. Especially the last one who was supposed to only remove my internet service and disconnected my entire account. I never experienced such absolutely horrible service.

Worst costumer service you can get. Even the store manager Luis is more inclined to refuse the costumer’s request to disconnect service because clearly it affects the store metrics and would prefer them to go through the agonizing retention experience prior to canceling via phone with costumer service.
Happy to say I’m removing myself from their services. Management’s attitude, unwillingness to help and complete disrespect of costumer’s request says a lot about the company’s culture. I’m looking forward to returning their outdated equipment and filing a formal complaint with corporate.

I needed internet and phone service. Juan my customer service rep was so helpful, informative and kind. Spectrum has great internet and phone packages and service is outstanding.

Wonderful customer service at Bay Terrace store all due to Johanna. She is excellent and was so helpful for upgrade and transfers. I couldn't recommed her more!
