Manager doesn’t help customer just walks away. Sale reps sitting on their phone pretending to do work but just playing games. Customers getting angry people there is no line very unorganized. Not even telling elderly customers to sign in. Just sad they’ll let anyone run stores.

I got mixed experience in the store while I observed their customer service. I thank the customer service rep Mr. Ashikur, he solved my problem and he offered me their products. I saw another associate telling a customer that if the customer does like their services, the customer can go to other store.

One star is too much for this place. My elder dad came in to the store alone, now he is deaf in one ear and could not understand the worker Ashley, she was rude and annoyed that he kept asking her to repeat herself.so i was outside parked and my called me for help. I came in and he had told me what happened.I told her lookThis lady should get training in how to deal with ALL kinds of people we are not all the same humans, my father is disabled and she was rude and just cold and a bad attitude issue. I proceeded to her that she has a job because of us paying customers. She said “hol’up, i get chu someone else” which she walked away to get someone and then she didn’t. See when a person like me voices over she has no dominance like she had with my father then she tried avoiding me. Extremely rude, shes dealing with a senior citizen so if she can’t handle it, speak up and ask one of her co workers to deal with that type of customer. The whole store just has bad customer service, i am not looking or hoping to have anyone fired but a training in customer relations should be given. This is why T mobile is so successful because they are friendly and courteous. So, last thing is another lady behind me online agreed with me that she was very rude and she has dealt with ashley before so its not just me or the first time.

Absolutely horrible customer service. There’s two girls working here. Everyone that comes in has trouble checking in and is no one here to offer any assistance. All the customers are helping each other check in. Each appointment takes about five - ten minutes but as I said there’s only two people working here there’s 10 people in line Employe offering absolutely no help unless asked the question and even then look like they can’t be bothered answering your question.

I like this store and the charging stations they have for customers while we wait. I like the checkin tablets at the front also and the waiting area is pleasant. The wait wasn't long and the staff there was very pleasant. Justin was the person who helped me set up new internet service and I will be working with him again to transfer my cell phone service to spectrum. It was a much better experience than when spectrum was in the huge building on Atlantic Avenue and it was so noisy and the wait time was ridiculous.

Came in today for a broken twc box that went out on us. Justin, who is the representative of this location, was very knowledgeable and professional. He worked with us on our issue and took appropriate action, which made my grandmother and I very satisfied. He is very detailed and informative. Thank You.

Every time i have contacted spectrum while i was resaerching which company to go to (after I concluded that i had to get rid of any and all relations with verizon --the worst compay of the US), and ever .since, i have been using them both for my internet and tv services, Spectrum has been ver bery helpful and almost going to the n'th level to do the best and give the very best service and assist.

I would give no stars if I could. I was at the store today on Liberty Avenue by lefferts blvd this young girl name Courtney signed me up for automatic billing and spectrum phone service. How dare you how dare you without my knowledge, sign me up for these things swindle, a 72-year great grandma how dare you how dare you you 20 something little twerp I hope they fire you because I have reported you to everybody. And all the while you’re acting like you’re helping me helping me to what I don’t want Spectrum phone service I’m very happy with MetroPCS and I certainly don’t want automatic billing you crazy biach supervisors notified watch out ?And btw she drained both my gift cards telling me there’s no money on them. They’re not supposed to have pen and paper but this girl found a pen and paper you’re going to Get caught sooner than later I guarantee it. You’re some piece of work to do that to a woman 72 years old like me you’re a con artist you don’t belong working with money. You are a thief people beware do not go to her if she still working there.

Justin and the girl working there did an amazing job providing service for our Spectrum account. They were extremely helpful and courteous throughout the entire process. Also knowledgeable about the products and services and provided us with the best options for our needs. They both went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied with the outcome. We would highly recommend the Spectrum service. 5 stars!
