Disaster! I went to the store to drop off a router. I got talked into an internet upgrade which, in order to get it, I had to take a tablet. I was told I just had to pay for the tablet ($8.33/mo)and the service was free. Well the store set it up totally wrong so now my spectrum mobile bill DOUBLED! I have called spectrum more than 4 times and no one can fix the mistake. It is beyond infuriating…. If the store input the promotion properly there would have been no problem. Now my bill is double and I am stuck with a tablet that is in a drawer and costs me $35/month (with service). I will NEVER go to the Howard Beach Spectrum store again.

Genesis was professional, extremely helpful, efficient and personable. She seamlessly switch my phone from another provider to Spectrum and then helped get my technophobe husband a phone he can handle. All in all, a most productive visit.

Came here recently about a bill problem and one of the Reps(Paul) really took the time to go over everything with me and even helped us transfer our lines from Verizon to spectrum. Great people over there. Great work guys! Thank you for everything.
