The service at this location is horrible. The staff is abrupt and rude. My last 3 visits to this location was saddening.
Now , I have to drive out of my way to the Hillside ave location in Queens Village. Where the staff is accommodating ,kind and extremely professional.
Do not visit this location. You're welcome.

Don't bother coming here if you have issues with your bill. They will tell you to call customer service.

Very bad behavior with Spanish customers. Employers told customers to call customer care for services.I never saw any Spectrum store like that in my life.

Wait time is HORRIBLE. Has a payment kiosk that only takes cards no cash. There are only 2 employees working on a busy Saturday morning. I’ve never in my life waited over 30 mins to give someone my money.. HORRIBLE!!!!!

I came in for an equipment swap of my very old remote. Brandon spotted me immediately with my remote,. He took it from me and handed me a brand new one without saying a word. Amazing the whole transaction took mabe 15 seconds. He had a polite professional smile on his face the whole time. I usually dread having to go in to a store but Brandon changed my mind, Springfield Gardens is super tight!!! Thank you :-)

Have to say how pleased I was by the service that My husband and I received at the Springfield Gardens location from Mohammed. He was knowledgeable, efficient, and just a very pleasant person. Thank You, for exceeding my expectations.
