esta srnora que trabaja aquí es una tipa peleoner racista yo soy ecuatoriana pero según ella soy mexicana me empezó a tirar indirectas e indirectas hacia mi persona por como me visto x cosas si yo soy una empleada hhA obviamente debo respeto ami trabajo y mis ancianos mi ropa adecuada que le pasa a esta señora denigrante siendo latina aparte peleánd al punto de que alo mejor me ponga aun tu con ella y eso no va pasar se respetar y no somos iguales pero teniendo mi esposo mexicano que la pasa a ella. además el otro punto tiene la máquina ocupada y me niego sérmelo sino esper. Dr a otra persona no se vale que tengas personas si quilen est lavanderi se hace. Llamar. Ana espero sea su nombre verdadero

I've been going here to do my laundry for 2 years now, and never had a problem. The owners, new and old, were always very kind to me. I'll continue to use this laundromat.

I live in this neighborhood, was kind of regular customer of this laundry store, today I put my laundry in the biggest machine then went to the supermarket, when I came back, the temperature button change to “cold” from “Hot”, I asked the lady store owner who did this, she said she didn’t do it and doesn’t know who did it, they have camera in store, I think she can find out who did this super easily, but she just turned around and went back to her chair. I really don’t understand how much money can they save from hot water change to cold water, I will definitely never come to this laundry again.

I've been using this laundromat for drop off service for 26 years. I go there approximately twice a week. I have never had a problem and the laundromat is kept VERY CLEAN. The new owner helpers have always been very nice to me. My clothes always come back clean and folded. They are Very professional. I’m alway happy with the service they provide and I would strongly recommend them. They treat like family. Five stars ⭐️

Every time I enter this laundromat I get a bad experience. The owner (Korean lady) has the worst customer service and really needs to work on her manners. She is unresponsive when asked a question then gives an attitude when you ask for change for her coin laundromat. She aggressively points to the coin machine. I'm sorry but I only have $20 dollars and really do not want $20 worth of quarters, get real lady and break my 20. Ugh, the worst place ever!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
