Excellent service. Very satisfactory and sanitary. Great place to work, highly suggested for students that need tutoring or SAT or SHSAT prep. As a part time employee, the students much enjoyed learning, interacting, and bonding with the tutors and other students as well as the staff.

For full transparency: I am a part time worker here.
I find working here - and based on my interactions with the students - that it is a healthy learning where most students learn quite a bit - and where staff feel safe. I found my coworkers such as Dasong and Kingston to be very nice and good teachers. This is my review.

I recently visited SGS to gain some information about the programs that are offered here. The main thing I would say is that the employees are extremely welcoming and respectful! The customer service all throughout my visit was superb and I’m glad I came to the right place for help. Would definitely recommend!!

The learning center's unique approach to enrichment and SAT prep provided me with invaluable skills and knowledge, ultimately leading to a significant improvement in my academic performance. Also the staff like Rohan, David, and Alex, are very supportive and provide an motivating environment.

I recently experienced outstanding tutoring at this learning center. The instructors were incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and did well at explaining complex concepts. The supportive environment with staffs such as David, Rohan, and Tian are very helpful, and I highly recommend this place for anyone seeking academic assistance.

This tutoring center help me so much in my SAT test, my score increased overall 150 point in both English and Math section. Rohan and David are best tutor that ever taught me, they are patient and kind when I make mistakes. Jevin and Tian were great helper in making tutoring really enjoyable.

Smart Global Solutions (SGS) Learning / Enrichment Center Fresh Meadows is great for improving test scores and enrichment. They have a fantastic management team, instructors, and tutors to work with parents and students. The team at SGS helped my son get a full scholarship with 99/100 TACHS score by preparing and motivating him to study for school exams and public exams, such as SHSAT, TACHS, and private school admissions exams. He also learned how to be confident for interviews by school admissions. Would definitely recommend it!

My daughter goes to this program in the evening, I must say great program , the program was set up in a way that allows the children to have fun and feel comfortable, it is a diversified and culturally enriched program, my daughter is very excited to attend because they make learning feels like fun. The program fosters self worth and helps to develop children’s self care skills such as respecting and accepting cultural diversity while learning as we do live in a very diversify country. Her grades have improved tremendously, her communication skills socially, personal and interpersonal has advanced to a next level that I never would imagine. She is much more attentive to homework and studies, I have no regrets joining her with Smart Global Solutions. Mr.Chan is a very polite and diligent person, he cares for all of his students and their intellectual being. The environment provides a great learning space. Mr. Chan is always available to provide extra help to my daughter to encourage personal growth in her educational journey. His only aim is excellence with his students.
