Communication sadly very poor. I have been waiting for a quote, the person who I spoke with told me I will get back to you shortly. Never heard back. Today I follow up, they tell me we will give you a quote when we have time??

I installed my kitchen countertop few months ago. They promised giving back my big sink cut off material (which is around $200). First time they said they forgot, and second time they said tomorrow will come. Then is “ tomorrow” forever. Later, they never respond my request. One star because the company’s is not trustworthy. Not recommend.

After I gave her MY full dimensions for my kitchen's size and they won't follow EXACTLY the way I gave. They gave me 5" minus see photos (both sides). But custom made and color and stone looked real nice, overall dimensional, very disappointed. The 1st drawer by the cooktop it's fake, my mom's kitchen could open and close see photo berge drawer. Mine is non-opening, and see the last bottom cabinet, I asked for 15" wide, not 24" now it's too late, too many errors and disappointed too.

Good selections and great prices. With cabinets, different companies make their cabinets with different materials. Always ask the type of woid (material) Ashley knows her stuff. She guided us with the best quality cabinets for an awesome price withing our range.

Poor customer services. They told me to send them an email with the measure of my kitchen. I sent the email 3 times and when I called to find out abut my email they told me call me at another time and hang up on me.

Bought a bunch of walnut shakers for a big kitchen, at the end of the build 2 cabinets were left over and i brought them back for exchange (NOT return) but just exchange for new sizes for a new kitchen i'm building. They will not exchange! I brought them back never opened, unassembled, untouched from what they gave me. They just won't take them back. What kind of business will not take back their product brand new and leave their customers to hell with them. Think about that. pause. pause. pause. I'm never buy from them again. And i do a lot of kitchens. Can't be dealing with this kind of non-sense.

I went to three different kitchen cabinet stores and chose New High because of the customer service and price. I bought an entire kitchen cabinet with quartz counter, sink, drainer, and faucet. I originally was only going to buy cabinets but the price cannot be beat! You definitely won’t go wrong with the sink, drainer, and faucet because their countertop fits perfectly with these items. The faucet was definitely high tech and top notch too. I really enjoyed my services here. Thank you, Ashley! The delivery man was also a very nice man. Don’t let other negative posts fool you.

Obviously over priced poor quality cabinets. Customer service is horrible, no one bothered with you. Surprised me they are still open.
