This is the best laundromat I’ve ever been to. All the machines are new and your clothes come out smelling so fresh and clean. The machines are up to date with modern technology. You can even tap to pay on the machine itself! All you have to do is activate an account through an app called “Laundry Cat” which will notify you when your cycle is done. Truly wonderful? ✨

This business is the quintessential example of why I like supporting local franchises who respect the community by surveying what may be lacking in terms of sacred spaces where you do not feel lonely or are taken advantage of. In the process, the social fabric of the neighborhood is enriched. To begin with, you enter a modern space with all the amenities a laundromat can offer while old school charm, integrity and transparency are fostered. I am impressed by the anything but gimmicky bonus incentives and how the manager makes himself available if any issue arises. The customer's voice is acknowledged and celebrated. This personal touch makes you feel all the more supported. Further, on a hot and humid New York City summer's day, I did not mind sitting with my book, accompanied by air conditioning that was perfectly acclimated. I confess I do not have air conditioning in my home and am sensitive when the temperature is given to exaggeration. Here, it is easy to feel comfortable and decompress as you wait for your laundry to be done. Further, there is something special about this place as other patrons do not bother me while I may choose to read or engage in some research with my tablet. Clearly, quality attracts quality.

The place is suberbly clean well maintained good lighting and a helpful staff member by the name of Arthur made walked me through the whole process and was helpful from beginning to end.I like the way that they are certainly organized no dirty carts they separate the carts for dirty clothes and clean carts just for clothesthat were just washedThere is no mixing the carts up, that keeps my mind at ease knowing that my clean clothes that were just washed are kept clean.So, happy that finally there is a clean laundry mat in the area of Rego Park.Wishing you good luck to the owner.Happy Holidays and healthy, Prosperous New Year ? 2024

I’m so delighted that finally there’s a better place to do my laundry in Rego Park. Arthur (staff) works so hard in giving information to help new customers on how to use the machine and guiding you al throughout the process. A very clean place and there’s a a wash area right after you enter so you can wash your hands before doing the laundr. I felt very comfortable and relax while doing my laundry. Keep it up.

I had a fantastic experience at the laundry. The premises equipped with AC, the staff really friendly, and the machines new and clean. I was pleasantly surprised when they gave me a bonus and free bottle of detergent with coupon. Highly recommended!
