Sair & Pooja Center selling damaged Indian outfits to customers and refusing to exchange their merchandise. They accept cash only and do not provide a receipt. On 6/16/22 my mom purchase a lehenga at 6:45pm their staff present bad customer service refuses to assist with finding a suitable outfit for my mom and rushing her. When she got home I noticed the item was completely ripped on the inside. The stitching was opening so she went to the store 6/17/22 at 6:30pm to ask for an exchange but the store owner refused to cooperate. The owner then threatened to push us out of the store because we could not leave without a good merchandise & was waiting for the cops to arrive. The owner then threatened to lock us up in the store but yet still refused to cooperate with an exchange for the new merchandise. The owner daughter kept the outfit and then discard it outside of the store. I lost $363.93 due to this company I have no item, no money & no receipt. They are very rude and disrespectful people. Their outfits looks beautiful but they are completely defective. Do not shop at their store because you are wasting your money.

Very rude service. Rushing us when trying on the dress we were thinking of buying, then telling us to fix the broken hook on the clothing ourselves. Why would I buy defective clothing? Instead of offering a solution then tell us we can go. Most likely why they barely have any customers in the store. Clothing is cheap but you can tell so is the material.
