Busy but competitive pricing. Needed car front hood and rear spoiler painted. Rich auto installed my new spoiler nicely and am super grateful they touched up my car. It has been about a month and the paint job on the hood is speaking for itself. If I ever want to do a full paint job of my Scion tC 2015, will look forward to Rich Autos assistance. Additionally, Ms. Kim took the time to listen to my concerns and worked with me to find the best options.

Scammers. I brought my car here to have my car inspected. Upon inspection, I decided to bring my car elsewhere for repairs. The owner harassed me and my father over the phone basically demanding $200. $200 for no work actually done to my car. She claimed that she paid off the adjustor $200 and that she needs reimbursement at the very least. Something seems very shady here.

I came here to fix scratches/dent on my Honda CR-V. Seung Kim was very nice: she gave me a very reasonable estimate (less than any other body shop close by), and told me when to drop the car. The job was done really well! There was an unexpected issue that came during the repair, Sueng Kim was very upfront and honest about it, and did everything to fix it on time. Highly recommend this auto shop. They seem to partner with--and share the same address with-- great bear body shop next door. So having these ladies work together is amazing!
