Have been working with reload for several months now since moving to Kew Gardens and trying several other services. Reload is the best by far! Their pricing is fair, my clothes come back clean and folded nicely, and their communication is wonderful. Highly recommend using them!

I’ve been using Reload for a few months now and they’ve been absolutely amazing! Pick up is usually same day and drop off the next, communication is a breeze as they keep me updated on timing. Very fairly priced. Couldn’t be happier!

I have been using Reload Laundry for the past few months and they are by far the best laundry service in the area. They always pick up my laundry the day I request it and drop it off within 24 hours every single time. The laundry comes perfectly folded, very clean, and zero damages. I’m so happy I found Reload Laundry and I highly recommend them if you are looking for a laundry service.

Highly recommend! They show up when they say they will, and take great care with your clothes. Surprisingly, this is difficult to find in laundry delivery services in Brooklyn. Been using Reload and it's predecessor for years now and couldn't be happier.

They do an excellent job! Just a heads up that the cost is $1.30/ lb, not $1.00 as listed on their website. The staff was very accommodating and followed the exact instructions left. 10/10 ?

Reload Laundry is by far, the best laundry service I have come across. I always get clean and well organized clothes, helpful staff with fast door delivery service and on top of that, professionalism, and honesty. If you ever forget anything, they will bring it back to you. I recommend their service to anyone seeking laundry service.

I've never used laundry services and it to my surprise how great reload was! My pregnancy this time around has me beat and I couldn't even get down to my laundry machines, that's when I decided to give them a try!! 5/5. Everything smelled great. Was clean and folded to perfection. Thank you guys!

Easily the best wash-and-fold laundry pickup-and-dropoff outlet serving Brooklyn—I'm in Williamsburg and I'm so grateful for the care and responsiveness of the folks at Reload. It's affordable, great quality, they are good with no-contact deliveries and pickup (a must in pandemic-times), and the drivers are amazing about texting updates on deliveries and pickups—even being understanding/flexible when I occasionally forget to leave my bag out. Couldn't be happier.

Cannot ask for a more convenient service - Jesus is super communicative, quick pick-ups and deliveries, clothes are always spotless, folded and smell amazing. Any issues are communicated with super quickly for resolution. I will never drag my bag of clothes to a laundromat again!
