Dear fellow Raindew Family, I am so disappointed in your staff and there behavior on Saturday, especially the bald short manger Bob I think his name is. He lied to my husband and I about the barbecue grill prices. He tried scamming me and told me I was a liar and called me a nut (to another employee). As a new mother, I am very disappointed because I never would raise my kid to be a liar. It just shows there isn't good people in this world anymore.

Convenient neighborhood store that has almost everything. I go there a lot to get keys copied for work so I always get help from Eli, who is an absolute gentleman. The employees are all nice and the manager always keeps this place organized. I hate stores that are messy and unkempt with boxes everywhere. This place is not like that at all. Prices are reasonable. Some items you can probably find cheaper elsewhere (like toys and holiday decor) but for the most part they're fair. Think of this place as the hub for a mini home depot, toys r us, walgreens, autozone, etc. You'll find stationary, home decor, snacks, makeup, cleaning supplies, clothing, automotive care products, and even a pharmacy and plant nursery during the warmer months. A little planet for your last minute needs!

Shopped for years there, at Bayside raindew, but will no longer. Have had many bad interactions and issues with customer service folks throughout the years but store was so convenient and nothing felt that major so never felt need to give review, good or bad but this really was not cool, it was too obviousthey are ripping me off even if small amount. So, usually round Christmas n summer, my shopping times, spend roughly round $100 to $200 and I do remember getting a refund if product defective or duplicated but this time, they would not refund my 11.99 for the angel ornament which didn't work, as cashier n manager both saw, mngr tried n could not get it to work and still no credit after clearly seeing it doesn't work! Will warn my coworkers n family as well. There are way too many options now to be treated that way unnecessarily. Sadly, will remember this feeling, gave family member broken gift unknowingly, tried to fix issue n was turned away after all I've spent thruout the years there. Lesson finally learnt!
