I’m from Long Island and we do family shopping in here but last time I need to go bathroom for pee and I asked staff for using the bathroom but they denied even I told them I have to go Long Island so please but they denied.it’s very bad customer service that’s why I’m not coming back this shop

These people are very unprofessional and disrespecting to their customers. There is a hijabi lady with the mask at the snacks counter who needs to be fired immediately. She play's preference to her favorite customers without considering the line. She served 10 people behind me before she served me my food even tho I ordered the tea first. For some she served 4 cups for one person and she didn’t even bother with my one cup of tea. Later when I voiced that to her, she ignored and started mumbling. This is highly unprofessional and such people shouldn’t be working. I left without my order. This is a frequent pattern I have seen in her even before when I went. It was good when it first opened but now never going back. NEVER GO THERE, AVOID AT ALL COST!!

Rotten meat they’re sell, any time city food and hygiene department will be visiting the store, it’s already notified.The management needs to focus what they selling on their meat section .
As of their customer I request them, but since it’s not fixed.

Worst place ever. And I am not exaggerating, rude and disrespectful workers such as a hijabi lady with the mask who goes around not even doing her work and curses at customers as well. workers are only there to gossip and pick and choose who to give good customer service to. Additionally, the food is always rotten and prices are so high compared to other south asian grocery stores. Not sure why this place is still open tbh.

Pro: good management, Their own brand "zest" products are really good, parking available.Cons: The meat cutting employees(previous mannan employee) are not well behaved and rude & unprofessional.I Stopped buying halal meat & fish from there unless owner replace them.

The quality of veggies is quite low. This is not worthy. I have been a regular customer since this store opened. The vegetable quality has truly let me down.

The supermarket is not worth it because the vegetables are very spoiled and the Spanish lady supervisor’s Louders behaviour was very rude and unprofessional. We will never come here again.

Horrible experience. I accidentally dropped a cleaning product that was wedged in the shelf. Called someone immediately. Even asked if I could help clean it up. I was never asked if I was ok but they follows me around and demanded I pay even though the cap of the container was broken. The item was 3.00. I paid $3.00 for a half full container with a broken lid. Needless to say I will never return to this store. I have never seen a place do business like this in my 62 years.
