Terrible service. Exterior still has dirt spots on almost every panel of the car. Interior they sprayed and then didnt wipe some panels?? For “excel” and $40, absolutely disgustingly low level of service.

Well, many months ago it was a very good place and at this moment its reputation has gone down, I think they have to improve. I have a Nissan Pathfinder and I ordered the elite package and my back folders remained the same, they did not vacuum them and my mirrors and windows were dirty for a payment of almost $70. I was not satisfied with their work. I hope it really improves. Thank you...

Since Covid they've seem to add hand wash as a charge. Also got the Ceramic wax which they barely sprayed any on my car and oddly enough used the same rag to dry someone else's car which I saw before I got into mine to leave...#Unfortunate

Worst car wash in my life lol I cleaned the inside my own with a detailing kit and told them not to touch it only vacuum… somehow ended up with leaf particles in my cup holder and towel stitchings on my middle console from their messed up towels. Then a worker is making fun of the scratched bumper in Spanish as if I don’t know it. save your money.

Quality is poor , I would rather wash my car in the rain then wait for it to stop and wipe it down.
