Bad service, I bought an Ezzpas, I couldn't activate it, I called customer service, I asked for another one, they told me to return the one I bought, but no one took charge of refunding the money

They take advantage of non English speaking customers. My sister in law is owed a refund from western Union. Western union called yesterday and told them to release the money- which had only been sent a few hours prior. The owner or whomever the man is who was there said now he has to wait for an email confirmation and to come back tomorrow. This is inaccurate and illegal. MY sister in law may l not speak English but I DO and I have contacted BBB already and will be making more complaints as necessary.

Good spot for a check cashing spot. Because there are really no check cashing spots on that part of jamaica Avenue, you would have to go to suptin blvd, or Richmond hills or to hollis. I have been to this particular location a few times over there. The staff is nice and the lines aren't that long.you also have the old candy ball machines from back in the 1980s.when you had check cashing places on every other corner.you also have access to a western union there as well.I know with all of this technology direct deposit on line banking, there are fewer and fewer check cashing locations, and it seem like the check cashing spots are becoming obsolete. This place is definitely needed for the neighborhood and community that didn't change with the times, or couldn't for what ever reason.

I was present yesterday and they are the only one who sells EZ-Pass in New York. I was extremely humbled with their service and efficiency of the staff.

Good location for a check cashing place. Because there are really no check cashing spots on that part of jamaica Avenue. You would have to go suptin and jamaica Avenue or further down to Richmond hills or down to hollis and Jamaica. I have been to this location a few times over the years ,the staff is nice, and the lines aren't that long, plus there is a western union.you also have the old candy ball & toy machine from the 1980s.It reminds you of the old days in nyc when you had check cashing spots on every other corner. I know do to all this technology, direct deposit, online banking, smartphones, check cashing places are becoming fewer and fewer almost obsolete. But we still need these kinds of places for some the community that hasn't changed with the times or can't for what ever reasons. So this queens check cashing place is still definitely needed in the community up on jamaica Avenue.

Staff were professional and friendly during my visit. They were efficient while helping customers. The location was well lit and clean. There are signs posted in English and Spanish. You can get 24 hour Western Union services here.

They need to update whatever has them coming up in Google search because they don't sell EZ-Passes and they are quick to run off the phone.
