This is not an employee-based review as the customer service was very nice. These are payout and loose claw machines that do not grab larger prizes. After $20 I didn’t even see a prize get lifted. I heard other customers disappointed with their experience as well.Machines cost anywhere from $1-$4 to play, with $3-$4 being the norm for the regular plush sizes.Avoid at all costs

Friendly staff and very beautiful and bright claw machines with absolutely adorable prizes. Very fun experience for children and adults. You can exchange your prizes for points and upgrade. There is also a huge collectibles shop downstairs. In terms of cost, it is $1 per token and each machine averages 4 tokens per play.

Wow, a new claw machine store in Flashing. It's little more expensive than the other 3 places in the area, but the quality of plushies are also better than the other 3.We got 7 (one for friend), both kids and adults were happy about the results.

I wish there was more options for the things inside the claw machines as it was mostly Sanrio/Pokemon, but the place is very big and has fair prices for everhthing! Great deals on figures and super well kept.

The BEST claw machine arcade I have ever been to in New York!!! The place is extremely spacious with a huge variety of claw machine games, all filled with the cutest plushies and tons of variety. There are Sanrio characters, Pokemon, Kirby, figurines, and more. You can even exchange the plushies you get for points to trade in for different plushies and figurines. One thing that stands out is the staff - they are absolutely phenomenal. They are SO kind, fun, and made sure I had a great time. My absolute favorite claw machine place and I will definitely be returning.

The plushies are extremely cute. The machines aren't crazy expensive. In the basement, they also have toys you can buy or trade if you don't win or see something you like; I don't think they are overpriced either. However, the reason I didn't play is because in order to play an app needs to be downloaded and that's how amount is charged. I find this a bit inconvenient. I guess I'm kind of old fashion.

Stopped by the other day on a whim, this place is so nice! Figures for sale in the downstairs with great prices and huge selection, and crane games on the first floor. The entire place is highly detailed and has a great theme going on.Definitely give them a visit~

THIS. PLACE. IS. AMAZING! We spent $60 and got 3 plushes from the pokemon claw machines, and they were ADORABLE! This was definitely worth the value, the staff were incredibly kind, and we had plenty of fun. We will visit again at our next chance!

After traveling to Japan earlier on this year, we've been trying to find any place that at least gives us some reminiscence of our trip. We've grown to love claw machines and shops that sells anime/manga/ related. The place is really spacious and clean and all the machines look so new. We didn't play the games but we did snag some goodies from the shop downstairs.

I love project ke! The staff there are very nice and helpful. I've been there many times & I always leave with a smile on my face. The plushies & other products are flown in from Japan!!! If you love plushies, Pokémon & anime figures this is the place for you!!

Yes the plush are authentic but you are paying $4-6 per play and it takes at least 4+ plays on average to win a plush so most of the time you either loose or, even if you win, barely break even. The fact that the claw can spin as it comes down, making it less skill and more luck, doesn't help. That's just how the business works. As others have mentioned, the plush are spaced sparsely apart which puts the odds against players. My issue is that the staff was constantly readjusting any plush that might be touching and/or overlapping as a result of play (aka reducing your chance of landing on a plush unless you position it squarely above). I have witnessed this multiple times. On a recent visit, a plush I had been intentionally pushing to the side was immediately readjusted when I stepped away to buy more coins. I purposely left my basket with coins on the machine to signify my intention to return but a staff member still opened the machine and adjusted the plush. Unlike other locations where staff members are hovering the machines in order to adjust prize position to help patrons win, this place appears to be doing the opposite. Yes the novelty is fun but I can have fun regardless if the plush is "authentic"or not. Don't think I will be coming back.

This place is lots of fun if you like claw machines. The plush are real and not fake which makes it worth it. A little expensive but definitely worth it if you like claw machines
