Doesn’t ever answer the phone. My friend has called for 2 days at different times and never does anyone answer the phone. Instead the voicemail comes on after a few rings which means that’s how much they care about your business. Wait on them to call you back to spend your money with them. Luckily their not the only ones doing this.

My vehicle got broken into and a close friend recommended Pro Dipper. Phil is a true gentleman and professional. He walked me through the process and assured me that my car would be in great hands. They did a great job keeping me posted of the progress being done to my vehicle and returned my car in excellent conditions. Literally top notch service. Keep up the great work ??

Phillips aka ProDipper has been extremely helpful and professional in working on both of my vehicles. The full Autoflex with “Super Gloss” on my Grand Cherokee SRT8 came out amazing. After a consultation and discussing the costs I brought a sample color and he developed a fully custom mix to my liking. Updated me along the whole way with pictures and videos. Even coordinated having my front suspension re-done. All work was done in-house so it’s a one-stop, shop.Fast forward, a month later I was involved in a MVA and Phillips helped me through the whole process. The vehicle was fixed to OEM+ quality.You can’t go wrong bringing your vehicle here! The quality of work and professionalism is unmatched.I Highly Recommend ProDipper!

I’ve been to many body shops and this is by far the best experience I’ve ever had. Phil goes above and beyond in every aspect of the service. He is patient, communicative and keeps you updated every step of the way. Photos and videos are sent every day to keep you informed of where your car is in the process. Phil’s work speaks for itself. He’s able to bring your vision to life. He exceeded my expectations, it’s unreal! I will definitely be back in the future. I highly recommend!

There’s not enough words to describe my experience with ProDipper’s exceptional work and service. I would give 10 stars if I could. He did a satin black autoflex job on my car and finished it quicker than what any other shop quoted me. Not only that, the attention to detail met beyond my expectations. The work is just perfect. I also got my rims powder coated in glossy black and it looks beautiful. I am a perfectionist and I had to make sure to get the best of the best. I got my rims dipped in high gloss black a few months ago and to this day they look brand new, no matter the weather! Phil was so nice and informative as I was new to customizing my car. The attention to detail is amazing, my car came back looking so much better than what I imagined in my head. The prices are also very fair for the quality of work. Always an enjoyable customer experience with the team at Pro Dipper NYC. I've had vehicles in for custom Autoflex paint jobs. I've also used their services for Wheel repairs/ refinishing. I have also had vehicles here for full auto body and paint work. Each and every single time I'm blown away by the customer service and the quality of the workmanship. These folks are trustworthy and reliable. Try them out for yourselves and you won't be disappointed.

Phil is an expert in the art of vehicle colorization and emblem modifications! I took my 23 z1 to his shop and the emblems look factory after painting the black!!! Someone give this guy a designer job at GM!!!! I am super happy with the result and I will be referring his business to all my friends!! He even came in on his day off and sped up the process to get me out back in the road!!!!!Services: Painting
