My experience with upper management has been nothing short of frustrating. It feels like the company prioritizes profits over customer loyalty or satisfaction. I’ve had a billing issue where late fees have been charged since July, despite the fact that my payment method has always had sufficient funds. I’ve used the same credit card since 2022 without any prior problems, so why is this suddenly an issue in 2024?
If a bank account is the typical requirement for membership, then why accept my credit card as payment in the first place? Now, I’m stuck paying for a membership I no longer want while waiting for a refund.
It’s frustrating to deal with a company where it feels like no one has the authority to resolve issues. If loyalty doesn’t matter, then I’d rather be dismissed than ignored. It’s clear they’re more interested in money than in retaining customers.
FYI – Both my husband and I will be canceling our Black Card memberships.

I like that there are parking for customers, the spaciousness of the gym and there's no waiting to use equipment's.

There not enough free weights an there's definitely not enough arm and bicep machines . There always slamming the machines like free weights and they break . There machines are dirty and the bottles are always filled with water not cleaning solution! I'm actually thinking of canceling my membership and going somewhere else ... I go to the one in howard beach ' not a good experience at all .

These ppl are the worst , when you sign up they don’t specify that they’ll charge you an outrageous amount just for joining and also they don’t even wait for a month of just signed up and they go and charge you for anual fee that they don’t specify. They just steal out hard earned money . Employees don’t know anything !

Half of the treadmills don't work. None of the TV's work.The machines are absolutely filthy.The locker room is even worse.
Between finding a treadmill that works and then cleaning the machine myself before using it, I lose fifteen minutes in the morning. This company should be paying me for cleaning, not me paying them. For what so they can let every dumb kid in the surrounding neighborhoods in for free?
And they let in a million people, most of them teenagers, without regulating how many people are actually in the gym. All these kids do is just stand there and talk to each other and take selfies.While the rest of us pay for actual memberships can't get a good workout.
Somebody really needs to build an LA fitness in the area so I can pay more money and get a decent gym experience.
