The cashier working on Easter Sunday was extremely rude to me. I was in a bind i lost my debit card so i needed to cash a check and she treated me like i was criminal and i am a civil service employee of nyc . I will be filing a formal complaint with pay o matic

This location is probably stealing identities. Walked in for a money order. Woman asks me for ID, I give it. She then want my Social Security number - this is not required. Together with a copy of your license and your Social, anyone can commit fraud in your name. Be careful and stay away from this place

I had a check to cash & decided to come here but unfortunately it couldn't be cashed. The woman working behind the counter had called someone & asked them something relating to my check while speaking in Spanish. I found that to be very rude & unethical because there's personal information on that check & you're placing a call about it & not even mention to me after, why that call was placed. She then ask me if the company is open to verify the check, which it was after 5pm, what business particularly in the payroll department would be available during a weekday after 5pm?!?! I proceeded to tell her, "no, it's after 5 & give me the check". I don't cash checks often, in fact hardly ever (I just deposit them in my account) however it was a check from a union & if the check passed through the reader successfully, you see I have been to a pay-o-matic before & never had a problem with a check, I just didn't understand all this additional verification. It seemed overzealous in my opinion.

Only reason I am giving them 1 star is because I got the money order I needed after a whole attitude was given to me and my now wife. Those cashiers need to be retrained In speaking to people. A few months back when We came in for the first time. The cashiers first of all are talking to each other when you walk up, look at you and won’t even acknowledge you until they finish there conversation. Then, when they do serve you, they act as if it’s a problem. I asked what my options were so I could pay for a money order, and it became a big deal. I was sorry I asked. I just ended up using cash and wasted money on the atm to take it out. What a waste and inconvenience. And to think, that’s how your treated when You could spend your money elsewhere. Haven’t been back since this incident.

This place is suppose to be open Saturdays 24hours I came at 6am and stood to 6:30 am and it was closed took me out of my way for nothing

Great place to cash your check, sometimes I'm in and out in just 2min. The longest I waited was about 15min. I guess there is never more then just one person working there. But the workers there, are nice.

You have 24/7 listed. Been outside since 5:40AM on a Saturday Morning, the gate is up but the door is locked. No human response. No call answer. I wanted to get to the Amazon Locker - Maynard but now I'm stuck and my package receipt is time sensitive. This is irresponsible. 2 other customers waiting by 6:15am...
