Parts are Us is one of the best in NY for quality, and their prices are unbeatable. All parts are checked out grate. The staff are very kind, helpful, honest, and good. They go above and beyond to help, even sourcing parts from elsewhere to honor a price. Some reviewers note the staff can come out a bit cocky and racist, but they are very nice and helpful. Customers appreciate this place and will always come back and recommend it.

They thought they had a certain piece there, but it turned out that they incorrectly inventoried it. So they sourced apart from another junkyard and they sold it to me for the price that they said they would sell me their piece despite the other piece costing them more. And on top of this, they were all very nice!
