It’s overall a nice establishment but my only issue is that the summers are so hot! I feel bad for the nice ladies working there. I had to stop going in personally and now I’m just doing drop off service because I can’t tolerate the heat. With the drop off service my clothes always smells good and is well washed and folded.

It is unbelievably HOT inside. Why is there no AC!?! Clearly they don’t care for their customers or their staff. Shame on whoever runs this laundry mat. This was a last resort option for me and I will never be coming back. The staff is great I feel so sorry they have to put up with this heat for 8 hours. I’m calling 311 to complain about this establishment.

Cecilia and the staff are great, they are very attentive and helpful. That being said, the environment inside the laundry is unbearable. I couldn’t stay inside for more than 5 mins at a time because of how hot it is in there. I don’t think they have working AC inside and I feel bad for the Staff . It’s too hot in there for any working conditions.

Well, the truth is I gave it 5 stars, for 3 reasons.
The first, because it is two blocks from my house.
The second, because the employees are very attentive, and they help you with what you need.
And the third reason, because they are the cheapest machines in the sector.
But the reality must be said.
Drying machines are a disaster, they don't heat anything, and you put coins in them, and you put coins in them, and your clothes are still just as wet, so what do you save on competing machines; here they take it away from you with those obsolete machines.
In short, I DO NOT recommend it.
And why do I continue to visit him then?
Due to the laziness of moving the car, because I am left without parking.
