This location steals from customers! I purchased a ring, with cash, and NO ring was ever put in my bag. I noticed while ON MY FLIGHT back home from visiting. I called their location as soon as I landed and they stated to me that the woman who sold me the ring, told them I wore the ring out of the store. I asked them to pull cameras!!! I DID NO SUCH THING. They refused. I also called airport security who were reluctant to assist. Their general manager Wasim Shafi, as well as subordinates Tara Persaud, Janel and Zani LAUGHED at my issue and now refuse to answer the phone. I now have filed a police report and a claim with Pandora’s headquarters.DO NOT SHOP HERE!!

People there is nice but before the time to close (like 30 minutes before) they don’t let people go inside.

Visit the Times Square store twice and lousy service. However, everything is different here, the person who attended me was very kind in helping me with my purchases, they knew how to help me decide what to buy.The only thing I would change is that in Times Square they have more charms than in NYC, and in JFK there is very little variety, in Times Square the attention is terrible, and in JFK it is excellent.

A week before my flight from JFK, I'd visited the Pandora flagship shop in Times Square on two separate occasions. It's a wonder why at this Pandora shop in JFK, I was more attended to, more aided, and had a more personal experience than at Times Square. Zani was a gem of a sales associate, in a jewellery store selling charms. She said she likes treating each customer's needs uniquely and that she's been in sales for years, the experience and personableness of which I felt.It was her enthusiasm that did it for me. She wanted not just to attend to me, but to help me, which is a difference felt when you've visited more than one store. What makes an experience isn't just the products, but the associates. I found what I'd been looking for early, but gladly stayed just because Zani was herself glad to entertain my browsing through. Also, she showed that for my specific bracelet, I could indeed get a clip to hold the charms together, something the sales associates at Times Square told me of the contrary.I wonder why I didn't get the quality of service that Zani graced me with, back in Times Square. I think she deserves some sort of recognition from the company.
