“I have come here a few times for work on my Subaru and the owner seems trustworthy. He is very friendly and willing to work with you. The staff is equally friendly. Prices are a bit higher but not overpriced. It's probably in line with the area. I did reduce one star for the higher rates.”

“I purchased a 2021 Toyota Tacoma back in March of 2023 that was previously hit on the front left side. During my time of ownership, I realized that my front end was off and that there were various gaps in the front end that became more and more noticeable until it became an eye sore for me.
Recently, I had my front end straightened at Gazy Auto Repair. The results were nothing less than amazing. Everything is now perfectly aligned. Now I feel like I have a Brand New Truck again. His price was beyond fair, and I am truly pleased.”

“I have used Rice's for over 20 years. They are known for their wheel alignments. Today, we had our tires mounted and balanced and a four wheel alignment done. They took the car at 11 and by 1:30 they called us letting me know the car was ready for pickup. I was actually not expecting the car to be ready so soon. I actually expected it to be ready at l the end of the day. Tony is always helpful and accommodating and Greg always does a great job at making sure that your car goes straight.”

He goes above and beyond so make sure all your needs are met. What I like the most is the fact they actually show you the work they have done with photos and videos so there's no need to question the work. “Gotta' shout this business out. I only went there for an oil change which, ok - they did their diligence and were thorough and quick.But it's really their professionalism that caught me by surprise.There was this one rude customer who apparently was in the parking lot 1.5 hours before they opened and started demanding their immediate service because he was tired (his early arrival, not being in any part 'their' choice or responsibility).This customer was snarky, was cursing at the lady under his breath, snapping back, and had this aura of entitlement that bordered on male-ego.This lady did a master class on how to respectfully handle a horrible customer, while simultaneously ensuring the other customers did not feel odd. She addressed his concerns, ran that front office, and not once lost her cool.Again, all I did was get an oil change - but there were about 5 different customers who were dropping off or picking up cars and had great interactions with this lady and the staff, which was indicative of return customers who were pleased.When I closed out, I received a detailed report of the full inspection they did with my oil change. Everything done with a high degree of professionalism.If I were in need, based on today's interaction alone, I would return and be open to doing business here again.”

“The prices are good $46 plus tax for a regular oilchange, They check all the fluids of my car, put a new oilfilter everytime I go there they also check all tires put air in all of them plus they give a Full service carwash. It's a very convenient place to save money and time as well. Just love it”

“QUESTION: Do you have a drive through car wash, that I pay the man standing there and immediately close the window and drive through sitting inside my car and the outside of my car gets quickly machine washed?I have called you but the phone prompts me to leave a message, which does not answer my question. And your website does not answer my question.I have never been there, because I am pressed for time and really want a quick exterior machine car wash and then leave as soon as the car gets out of the machine. Any time I go to a car wash that is not drive through, I leave, and we just spend 10 minutes to hand wash it at home, on our day off, for exercise.I gave you 5 stars because, before using your service, I have a positive mind set.”

“I needed my car fixed quickly so I could get it to my sister so she could drive it across the country. I went to a shop in Brooklyn and they quoted me over $3,000 for a bunch of repairs! Y and C Auto Repair did the job for $2,000 less than the other place and much quicker! Would easily recommend them to anyone in Brooklyn to make the drive here for their repairs! It’s well worth it. Super professional and very nice mechanics!”
