I had a gym membership here a while back. Definitely very clean and super nice equipment. But i had to cancel the membership because I was busy and I could only gym at night but they close so early. If they made their hours open till later i would definitely consider coming to gym here again!

This place exudes a false autocratic and pompous vibe which is clearly demonstrated by staff when entering. For those not of the usual demographic you will find a cold shoulder and passive dismissiveness and aloofness when inquiring or simply checking out the place. It is overpriced if you are able to miraculously determine the true cost of membership. Staff has been thoroughly trained to deceptively inflate prices or feign ignorance if the face of foreigner faces. The place is highly inclusive of the usual demographic but not inclusive of NY or Queens diversity. For this reason alone, you will find the atmosphere awkward and distressing. The price also does not reflect the quality of the both the limited equipment, limited space and ineptitude of classes and training offered. They upsell the overpriced training packages which is a common unwelcomed feature of these so-called self described luxury facilities. I would pass and look for something more reasonable, welcoming and with adequate equipment rather then another wannabe luxury style boutique gym that represent a clear lack of creativity and uniqueness along with adequate customer service. Pass.

The place is modern but sparse in equipment and there is an air of pompous and autocratic contempt towards strangers who do not fit the neighborhood demographic. You can feel the cold vibe of the place. Almost unwelcoming and distant. The older woman named Helen who speaks zero English was very rude and aloof when it comes to running the place. I had to have someone translate for me while she rambled incessantly on about God's know what and I shudder to think of the actual contents of that meaningless drivel. The place is severely overpriced which is undoubtedly a reflection of that fake elitist divide they are trying so hard to maintain. Yes, I see you are a luxury facility and cater to the upper echelons of society. Pardon me for being a lowly plebe. I shall crawl back to the rafters amidst the other hoi polloi. Commoners such can not possibly afford such luxurious and inflated prices. Apologies, I assumed there was a price differential for the proletariat class.

Had a chance to get a few workout in the facility while on a business trip. Loved the interaction I had with the staffs as they were extremely helpful and friendly from the get go. The facility is also very well taken care of. Def recommend if you want to make some gain while in the flushing area

This is a fantastic gym!! All the trainers are super nice and take an interest in you no matter what fitness level you're at. I really like how they give me tips to get the most out of every workout. I've been going for a little bit and am already seeing a big change in my energy levels and body. It's great! I feel 10 years younger!

So I was pretty excited to get a gym membership with them, since the facility looked nice, albeit crowded. But the staff told me to pay a different price than last time. The lady I met last week told me it would cost $139 for a month’s membership, but now they’re saying it’s $311 a month. The gym is small, doesn’t have showers or a spa. The bottom floor is basically just a dance studio and top floor only has around a dozen machines. It’s just not worth the price of $311 for a tiny gym. $139 was already a lot but no way in hell can I pay $311 dollars for such a small gym. Also why can’t they stick to one price? I feel scammed because I really was going to get a membership if it was $139.

WARNING!!! This gym is clearly discriminating. It use to be great when it was Lucille Roberts, where I went to for years. ALL signs outside are in Chinese ONLY. I inquired about gym membership and experienced direct racism. The employees were mostly Asian as well, and were certainly not happy to assist me. They seemed very reluctant to interact with me. They could barely give me any information and gave short one word answers, not even CLEAR membership price. All staff was very unfriendly and started speaking Chinese instead of assisting me. Plain clear sight, this gym is marketing for Asian community ONLY. This is not right and other community members need to be respected and treated like everyone else. It was truly a horrific experience of CLEAR racism. Also reported to the City of New York! NYC is about accepting ALL cultures, NOT creating a toxic, racist environment.

As others have said this gym does not reflect the diversity or inclusiveness of Queens. Definitely felt out of place checking this gym out. I was interested in the boxing as I saw the promos this place offered. I saw a nice ring and heavy bag and what seemed like a good space to train. There was no real boxing trainer here? I was interested in the 1 on 1 style sessions but no one gave me a straight answer. The boxing area looked unused and dead. Why have a ring and bag if you do not have people who use it regularly? I came up from Jackson Heights to see this gym and the staff seemed unconcerned or not helpful when I asked about the training options and prices. I guess you should stop advertising boxing since no one there knows anything about it. Strange place.
