I like that the environment here is clean, tidy and bright, and the equipment is well maintained! There are plenty of bath supplies and towels in the bathroom and shower room! The staff and coaches were very patient in answering my questions one by one! I am so happy to have this gym in the Flushing area!

I've been coming to the gym for 8 months now. The owner, Helen, is very sweet and caring. Sometimes she comes around the gym, motivating everyone, including the trainers. I’ve never had a session with the trainers myself, but from what I’ve seen, they seem to really know how to create programs that suit individuals, especially those who are new to the gym. The front desk staff are also very friendly, especially the guy with the glasses who also works out from time to time. Whenever you come to the gym, they greet you with a hello, and when you leave, they warmly wish you goodbye and to have a nice day or night.
They also offer other amenities like classes, and more recently, I’ve noticed they installed a Pilates area. In an area like Flushing or Queens, it’s hard to find a place that offers Pilates, so that’s pretty cool.
I personally like how clean the space is and how new the equipment is. The cleaning lady who often works there is great too because she keeps the place nice and tidy.
This place is a 5/5 in my book ❤️
