Was charged $56 for an attempt at a factory reset, which means just plugging my phone into a computer, clicking a button, and waiting 20 minutes. The factory reset did not work, and my phone is still nonfunctional. I understand the charge is for labor, but something about paying $56 for no outcome really just get's my goose in this economy.

Made an appointment through the Genius Bar to drop off my laptop for hardware repairs. I arrived at the store right on time and left after being completely ignored for 15 minutes. No one even acknowledged I was there waiting or that I had arrived for my appointment. Same drop off would've taken 2 minutes at an Apple Store. I had to make a new Genius Bar appointment somewhere else

I went in today to upgrade my iPhone X to the iPhone 14 Pro. Mauricio assisted me and was extremely helpful in navigating me through the process. I’m on a family plan with Verizon and there were some hurdles I had to overcome to make my line upgrade eligible. He was on the line with Andrew from their Hempstead location and these guys worked their magic. I highly recommend this place to anyone in need of any cellphone services!

5 star service from NYCOM Verizon. I walked in asking if it was a corporate store, they said they were not but asked what I needed help with. After explaining to them the issue I was having with my phone he said he could see why I needed a corporate store and said dont worry about it, I'll take care of it. Within 10 minutes my problem was taken care of. Staff is very friendly and willing to help the customers.
