I took 5 suits to be cleaned and tailor the pants and man it was great experience. They gave me color discounts plus discounts on tailoring after I asked if the total amount can be lowered since I brought a lot. The lady at front went on to ask her boss and the young man came out and applied discounts on tailoring. Upon picking up the clothes, the cleaning and tailoring were done perfectly. Definitely found my go-to cleaners now

Took some slacks here to be altered. Asian man took measurements and they were returned to me without alterations. I have heard so many negative reviews about this place. Rude and disrespectful service and prices are ridiculous. Time to go somewhere else!

Took my LV 3 piece suit here after my girl threw up on them. The guy said they will try their best to get the stains out. I picked them up the next day and everything is back to how they were. Awesome experience, thank you guys!!!!!

First time bringing clothes to this place and Terrible experience! I dropped off a $600 Rhude hoodie with deep stains on the hood area. I was prepared that the stain wouldn’t be removed so when I received it in the same condition, I was okay with that. What I was not okay with was that there were “bleach like” spots on the front of the sweater and on the sleeves. The worker claims that bleach is not used at their shop and explained another technique being used.
He justifies the condition of the sweater by saying there were black lines up and down the front of the sweater which is far from the truth. I came to him in a respectful manner and he began speaking in a condescending tone and was disrespectful towards my father. I reciprocated the tone and long story short, he was just nasty . I got my refund and will never come back here

Took my Mackage coat here after another cleaner messed up my fur on the jacket. I asked if they can get the fur back to how it was and they said they will try their best. Picked it up after a week later, they were able to make my fur look normal and removed all the stains. Definitely recommended after this experience

Went to this cleaner after the cleaner that I used to go to on Farmers Blvd closed down. I dropped off my down coats and picked them up a week later, and was very pleased with the way the jackets. The gentleman at the front described the color discounts and even gave me 10% off on the bill as courtesy for a new customer. I’m glad I found this cleaner now and will recommend to my family and friends. I don’t write reviews for businesses but this was great experience

I sent a particular pair of pants to be cleaned and to take care of a spot that I could not get out. Well I retrieve the pants and the spot is still there! I’m pretty sure I paid for that. Claiming if the spot is still there it could not come out! I feel that should have been relayed to me upon pick up! I paid for it. Don’t think they tried. The pants were clean upon taking them in I just needed the spot out! Since Iris is no longer there I won’t be returning. I will drive further out. She is why I started going anyway. Was liking that particular spot but no more.

Had an old friend’s funeral at Gilmore’s in the morning and my blazer had wrinkles. I went to this cleaner next to the funeral home and asked if I can get the blazer pressed while I wait. The lady told me she’ll ask her boss and a young man came to the front and asked what I needed. I explained my situation and he said he was sorry for my loss and told me to wait 5 mins. 3 minutes later, my blazer was ready without any wrinkles. Now that’s what I call an exceptional service. This cleaner always gets the job done, no doubt about it!

I went to this cleaner to get my son’s school uniform pants tailored. He starts school on Monday so we needed to get them back today and this cleaner was nice enough to get them done for us within 30 minutes. The tailor fixed 3 pants in such short time and didn’t charge us extra. It was my first time at this spot and I’ll definitely be back here as every staff was nice and helpful

I’ve been going to this place for 40 yrs pretty much back when they first did the Tribe Called Quest video and painted the murals on the walls. Management has changed over the yrs and unfortunately with the changes they did not get nicer smh Iris one of the front window servers has been there just as long and because of her kind interactions with customers is why many of us still went there! Well for those of you that didn’t know she is no longer there. Yeah and like I said management has changed and our community cleaners is no longer there. Customer service to me requires a respect when I’m paying and otherwise. I’m done.Services: Leather & suede cleaning
