Horrible service here. Takes too long to do simple transactions. I count 6 workers here yet nobody at the tellers desk. They talk amongst them selves but don't service the customers. Moving my account to another bank. This service sucks.

This bank needs better customer service. My local bank's notary wasn't available. I called this Queens County Saving to see if they had a notary. The lady who answered answered said the notary just stepped out to lunch. I asked if I could just walk in. She said yes, at 2:30 she should be back. I drove a little bit of a ways to get here, and arrived at 2:45. I went over to a teller and ask if the notary was in. She said yes. She then proceeded to walk to the notary's office and ask if I had an account with the bank. I said no, she stopped and told me sorry our notary is only for bank customers. I told her I called and I was not told I had to be a patron to bank during my call; otherwise why would I waste my time driving there. I then received a whole lot of attitude about how the notary is only for bank clients, there was then small talk between the teller and notary about a about a fee. The teller seem uncertain of the cost and the teller reluctantly replied. I told them I didn't care about the cost. The notary then stated she would make an exception. What exception it's free for bank patrons and a fee for non? Everyone involved moved slower than molasses to try to assist me, when there was no one else in the bank. I told her keep your exception, I'd take my business elsewhere. I thought these smaller community banks were supposed to exceed in customer service, not even the slightest bit helpful. I don't recommend this bank. I rather keep my money under my mattress, than do business with this bank.

I visited your bank 4 times to open an account and locker but your staff never cooperated with us and most of them did not know what to do. I have tried for The last week I had an appointment the first the second I showed up and she gave us a time but when we came she said we were on a security list and could not open it. Mary the lady helping me told me to call you the next day to see if my name was removed if I had not called Friday I was to call Saturday August 1st 2020 Another lady picked up the phone and very rudely said they were closed even though it said they close at 2pm. I assume that most of your staff does not know how to deal with customers and is not properly trained so please fix your problem otherwise this type of service is bad for you bank.
