This is a very professional and reliable taxi service, good prices and very clean cars. I’ve been using this company for over 15 years and I really recommend using this service. They never gave up on trying to give us service when the pandemic was at their worst, so i wont stop using them now✌?

I had to go somewhere The driver was here in a “blink of an eye” His name is Fernando AND WAS SO PLEASANT& RESPECTFUL!! & PATIENT!! He had to wait until I finished business !!!If I need a taxi in the future I’ll be sure to call jubilee whenever I need a ride!! The car was SPOTLESS ALSO!!
I WILL BE SURE TO HIGHLY RECOMMEND JUBILEE CAR SERVICE!!!

They are terrible. I asked for a taxi and they told me 8 to 12 minutes, an hour passed and the taxi did not arrive. I called and they told me that they will send me another one that will wait 6 minutes. The 6 minutes passed and I called again and they told me that they do not have a taxi nearby. They warned us to call another taxi from the beginning, they are irresponsible, it doesn't work ???

Called lady said 10 minutes. I called after about 12 then she said they had no cars in flushing and I have to wait another 15 minutes. I did let her know I was headed to a surgery and I asked if she was sure he would be on time the first time. The time before last the cab driver didn't have change for a 20 and wanted me to pay the whole 20 for a 10 dollar cab ride( less than 3 minute ride) had to get change and was late to my appointment again.

The worst taxi services. I don't recommend them... I asked for a taxi and they told me to wait 15 minutes and 20 minutes and it didn't arrive. I called and they told me they didn't have one available and they didn't tell me so I could call another taxi and not wait a long time. Terrible service. Thank you. I gave them one star...

Ur Lucky i even gave u 1 star. Whom ever today at 10:28 10:30 and t0:33, who or whom ever picked the phone is one of the most rudest, lack of manners did not even allow for my aunt to give the addressed where to fix my father, grandfather was supposed to be picked up! He just didn’t wait so my mother would give him the address , he kept putting my mother on hold. First he just cloud not wait even for me to read him the address..I needed my glasses to see it better and again he hangs up the phone, he’s the one hanging the phone now on my entire family....who the H___doea he thinks he is! Aparentemente no saben de q familIa son, primeros; somos Dominicanas y del Cibao!

Tercero; but first must at least thank you for showing me what kind of stories ur dispatcher will tell..just remember all companies are the same on how their build...and also incredible how u build the amount of how much my husband had to pay! U must be or this cab company must be one of the highest ever in history to pay that cab almost 50.00 to be taken to il Barco restaurant on northern boulevard... really????
A company with good relations and having good cridicts is also very important... see these types of letters are not good to get!!
Hear ur customers and careful or whom works for you and what they say and how they’re acting or behaving and mainly what they say to the callers !!
How low can you guys go and who do they think they are? What machismo do they have or what they think they have it’s disgustingly sick they’re women with much much hugeeee more talent and they don’t need the disgusting machismo to get there!!

Overall, the service is good, although at least one third of the times you’ll have to call back to ask for driver’s ETA. The prices will rarely vary from initial estimate, except where travel involves tolls, so make sure to ask whether price included tolls.
My biggest grievance was the fact that I entrusted one driver with a personal item to be returned to the “base” for pick-up the following day. Despite daily calls for one entire week, my personal belonging has yet to be returned. I’m still giving them the benefit of the doubt, hoping that the situation will be resolved, but if the item is not returned, this small little incident will be reason enough for me never to call them again. By the same token, if somebody at Jubilee were to call driver #90 and demand that he return the customer’s belonging they will have a customer for life. To be continued...
