Hector was amazing. Extremely patient. Assembled and tuned the bike we bought. Showed the do's and dont's to our son and did it very fast. Thank you Hector.

Lol took my new bike. No one spoke English. So they had to call the manager on the phone. I told him my bike was making noise when I rolled it. So he tells me the break pads are no good. Then, he tries to sell me new brake pads. I told him the bike is new!! Then i said it could be adjusted. Ok, he said I'll adjust them. Then I said, "Are you going to charge me just to do that?" Yes, he said and proceeded to give me a ridiculous price. My wheels were also flat it needed air. But I guess he would have charged for that, too. So i got out of there, went home, put air in the tire myself, and the noise stopped. So it wasn't the breaks the bike kust needed air. I like to support small businesses, and this bike shop was very small. But I don't do greedy. ningún buen negocio. There are other better bicycle shops. Waste of time going to this shop they dont know what they are doing and will charge you for unnecessary stuff. Find a more honest and experienced place if you value your bike.

So I bought a bike from this place that was over priced only to have it break on me half way to my destination. They have a no refund policy cause they know their products are low quality. Do not buy any bikes from this place.

Hector was really great! He fixed up my wheels, greased up the chain, removed a bunch of rust, filled up my tires, polished up the entire bicycle, and attached a bike trailer for my dog.

First off , let me tell you this bike shops great ! All these bad reviews are people that were unlucky and had a bad experience. I come here on a regular base . Friendly staff . Great prices . Overall a great experience. Not many shops around the queens area are like that . Trust me . Some places rip you off . Bike shops unique with their outstanding bike wraps for only 120$ which is a great price in my opinion. Not everyone knows how to . That takes time and skill to learn . I would highly recommend this place especially for those whom own e bikes .

If I can I would give them 0 stars ⭐ They charge a fellow nyc biker 1$ for pumping my tire with air. Hundreds of bike shops offers it for FREE. You have been warn fellow NYC cyclist. ????

I've been to many bike repair shops before. I had an emergency and got a flat tire in the middle of the street, and thankfully this place was nearby. Once I came here, they replaced the inner tube of my back tire in just 5 minutes! Impressive and highly recommended.
