“I was past due for a phone upgrade, but was dreading the whole process. I remembered going to this location a few years ago and being happy with the service so I wanted to return. Considering I do not live nearby I initially called to inquire about the price and spoke to Lenny. I went in person (12/20/23) and ordered the phone, and while I was there we confirmed any bill increase with Verizon. He was very thorough, accommodating and friendly. A few days later when my phone arrived, I went back and they transferred all of my information. It was quick and painless. I can't recommend them enough.”
