I would not recommend them to anyoneI asked to have my wedding dress cleaned and folded in a box, which is what he told me they do. They did not tell me until I picked up that the box won’t be in stock until next year. They only refunded me 20$ for the missing box.

I went here once to have a dress altered and they told me I had to provide material and everything I said forget it and never went back. My husband had taken my wedding dress here to be preserved and boxed, went to pick it up today and they told him, sorry we have no more boxes and only gave him a $20 off. This was an xmas gift for me and they ruined it. Will never recommend this place. Horrible service and they definitely should have given him way more of a discount then $20 off for this inconvenience.

I brought in my daughters dress to have dry cleaned before my younger daughters baptism. The color of the dress changed dramatically after being dry cleaned. Showed a picture to the man, he said he didnt know how that could happen. The least he could have done was not charge the 14$ for the service, and nope not even that.

I rarely need dry cleaning, this is actually one of my first experiences and it was a horrible one. This place was recommended by family, I brought in my daughters new dress to have dry cleaned a few days before my younger daughters baptism. Went to pick it up and the colors were completely different I didnt even recognize the dress! I showed the man at the counter my phone to show him a picture of how it looked before, he offered no explanation. Searched the tag and it didnt state that it couldnt be dry cleaned, yet still charged me the 14$ for the service
