When I checked out my item, there was a Black staff member who was very rude and acted in a racist manner. I felt so bad at the time that I went back to return the item. The receptionist asked him for help with the return, but he refused.

When I went to Miniso to return an item today, the manager was very rude. Before I even mentioned the return, he started complaining, saying that many problems were the company's fault and had nothing to do with them, and he couldn’t understand why customers were angry with him. When I said I wanted to return the item, he asked, "Why are you returning it?" I explained that they had changed the price, and I no longer wanted it. He immediately shifted the blame, saying, "That’s the company's decision, we don't know anything about it." After some attempts, he claimed that he couldn't process the refund and told me, "You can stay here all day, but the system won't allow the refund, and there's nothing I can do." I insisted on getting a refund, so he reluctantly made a call to find a solution. Since I paid with Apple Pay, he said the refund had to be made to the original card, but I didn’t have the physical card because I used Apple Pay. He got agitated and said, "No, no, your card number is 0697!" I replied that I had no idea what that card number was about because I used Apple Pay. His attitude was terrible, constantly blaming the system and the company. Meanwhile, a woman named Michelle was very helpful, trying to find a solution by checking the transaction records, while the manager just kept losing his temper, showing no responsibility at all.

Went to the Chiikawa pop up today. It’s very sad to see that they scratched the price tag and increase the price. Is it even legal? I asked them why they changed the price. One of the staffs told me she told me the wrong price earlier. It was weird.

I don’t usually write reviews but after being serviced by a certain person in the store I decided to write a review. I went here to look for things for my daughter and there was a cashier named Richard S. who gave great service and was one of the kindest workers I’ve met. He made our first time experience in Flushing very enjoyable!

Rude and unprofessional attitude. The cashier who named Shawn, allow others to cut in the line and didn’t offer any apology. We waited for long and this staff allow others to cut in the line and told us that if we were in the rush we can use self-checkout. The staff Shawn is out of his mind and completely unprofessional, giving us a bad attitude instead of offering any apology.

Terrible experience. That woman in the front is super rude and clearly doesn’t care about the customers. Had a huge attitude and it feels like she didn’t even want to be there. Don’t hire employees who don’t even have basic manners to work here.

Extremely rude staff follows you around and basically stalks you around the store additionally made up some sort of claim that there are no drinks allowed in the store and requested me to leave instead of offering to set my drink aside at the register. my drink was enclosed and I was already in there for at least 30 minutes beforehand. Additionally there is literally nobody paying attention to the registers or at the registers and we are forced to use the self checkout.

Rude employees and extremely hard to exchange or even return. Given the variety of stores in Flushing, would just recommend you take your business elsewhere.

Rude employees especially the manager. If you purchase anything using the self-checkout machines, they will not let you return…even though the receipts say that you can return/exchange. The blind boxes are cheaper at the other stores in the mall, do not purchase from miniso as they overprice everything. Used to be one of my favorite stores and now I will not be shopping here ever again.

I love miniso. The products here are so good and they are able to be put into a small budget. I love this place because it’s also easy to navigate because of the signs!
