Michael is one of the best people to have on your side, especially when trying to get a claim settled. He responds practically immediately and is always there when you need him. He is truly a great person to have on your side and I would strongly recommend him and his agency.

Updating my review after working with this office this year to bundle home insurance, car insurance and umbrella insurance policy. We Were assisted by Ted Di Angelo who is an extremely professional, knowledgeable and patient agent. We Were able to save quite a bit and everything was explained where even I could understand it perfectly! I can recommend this office highly! Thank you Ted!

I worked with Mike for 14 years. His company terminated my policy in 2024 as I had three claims in 2020 and early 2021 at a time where my apartment was unsupervised in New York during covid. I give the low stars not for the cancellation three years after the claims, but because I called another more reputable insurer after they canceled and immediately secured a 50% discount on my premium, which means I was overcharged the entire time. So please check competitors and options before you get insurance for them- imagine that this 50% discount just came from my very first call to arguably the most expensive insurer in the US. And I could have saved for 14 years…

Top notch. I’ve been with Mike and Mandy for a few years now and they’re great! Had a last minute issue I needed sorted out and Mandy was awesome. A situation like that is when you’re happy to have a local team.
