“I use this location for both my children, when their pediatrician schedules them for bloodwork. That was the case this morning, and when we first arrived the check in systems were down. However, this did not deter the front reception staff. They were prompt, and the wait time was nothing long and crazy. When we were brought in, the two women who drew my son’s blood were friendly, cheerful, and the whole process was over quickly. My son who normally cries for shots, was calm and fascinated by the process. I feel their demeanor really made a difference, because they were friendly and spoke to him, he felt immediately comfortable. Thank you Labcorp for making this an easy process!”

I looked up so many Bioreference locations/reviews and even considered going into the city (even though I live in Astoria) bc it might be “more professional.” Very happy I decided to go to this location by me. Clean facility and there was no wait. They were pleasant and courteous with my insurance issue. The bloodwork was done painlessly and quickly. Will return if need be :)”

“The location of one Quest Lab is near to my home and has parking. I was greeted when I entered and asked to sign in. Once done I took a seat and was called on time for my appointment. The technician reviewed my documents and asked me to take a seat so that he could draw the needed blood for my tests. Everyone has a very difficult time because my veins move and often will just stop giving blood. He checked one arm and instead of just trying to see if he could get my blood he asked to see the other arm, and felt he had a good vein and he did. He was able to draw my blood on the first try which really is an accomplishment. I was very happy with the care, service and the ability of the technician at Quest Labs”

“I came here due to the fact that the reviews were off the charts and I’ve to really be honest, it’s definitely a 5 star rating in my book. The staff from jump treated me with respect and mostly with care. Ms Betty Flore was very helpful and gave me a breakdown on my situation at hand. There’s no doubt that I’d come again if I had to but I’d also recommend this urgent care center to anyone that needs assistance and especially when it comes to our healthcare. ☺️”
