Bought a front bumper for $944 with shipping back in April it is now October and have still not received it. I have emailed them and called them with no response as to what is happening, or where it is. They said on the site if not in stock production is 15-20 days. It's been a bit longer than that.

Ordered a Gialla Bumper from them and after 2 months no response given when I tried emailing them regarding whether my order has shipped and their voicemail box is full so no way to contact them. Will never order again from them and buyers beware or their business practices

Listen they do not pick up the phone ever I spoke to them once before I bought the kit and they said 2 months 6 months passed by and after I filled a complaint on pay pal and called them 8 times in one day they decided to have my body kit ready to ship the next week the on shipping week they sent me a message for a refund because they didn’t have it in stock I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND

One star since I can't do 0Ordered a bumper 7 months ago still don't get an update or an answer for that matter. Just stay away from this company & look elsewhere. Can't even get my money back since it's been over the 180 days that PayPal covers.

If I could give this company zero stars I would, order a roofskin and took 10 month to recieve product. Upon receiving the product noticed the skin itself didnt fit the mold it was shipped on and when trying to mount onto the car it reflected it and didnt fit. Tried to work with the company several time, i provided more than enough evidence to show her their product was not as perfect fitting as there site said and at the end of it they were claiming the skin they sent was not even their product. After trying to come to a solution with the company, it never came they threatend to make my information public and all around the worse company I've ever had to deal with. When you spend $1400 on a product and trying to support a company to only treat your customer how you did... Good luck to any future customers and hope they read this review before considering doing business with them.

EDIT NO. 2: After being in a paypal dispute for over 2 months with this seller, I have finally received the item, BROKEN. I have since shipped the package back and they refuse to recognize that the package has been delivered (for 2 weeks now as I am posting this) back to MS Auto to finish the dispute.Their parts are low quality fiberglass and do not withstand even shipping. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE.EDIT: after finding this review they promptly blocked all communication with me. I still did not get a refund :) I spoke to someone named Jackie Tran, Nako Jin was very kind and accommodating when i had spoke to him in the past.Constant difficulty. Had to file a paypal dispute to get their attention. ordered a bumper at the beginning of July, waited a full month for the package, never showed up. Good luck getting in contact with them, I called 14 times only to get a brief answer that they will talk to the shipper, then they rudely hung up on me.DO NOT DO BUSINESS HEREService: Delivery

Went in to install RBG led headlights for the car and it wasn't even properly installed correctly. Lights are barely visible. They charged $80 when I came in and dmed me a quoted price of 30-40$ online. Can provide pictures for proof if needed.

Great place for car wrapping. They did an amazing job and great quality. I’ve been wrapping my cars for years and by far this has been the best. Go check them out. Tom is the man for wrapping your vehicle. Nako and her team are top notch.
