They have actual friendly and helpful staff! I don’t want the secret to get out, this hidden gem is where I do all my shopping now. This is so, so much better than the other shipping chain stores in Astoria.

This place is awesome! It is such a convenient spot to send mail for fedex and ups. You can ship your amazon return packages and much more. Its so convenient to have this one spot for different mail carriers , and the employees are super friendly and nice. Definitely recommend.

Service is okay. They scan UPS package but they don’t provide receipt to confirm the receiving of the shipment.They don’t provide any FedEx receipt. You basically leave you package and it will got scan when it arrives to Fedex warehouse. What about if it lost in between ? No evidence that you leave them the FedEx package.NO THE BEST FRIENDLY team but okay.

Very good experience. I dropped by 10 min before closing and Tony (?) was able to help me quickly pack my item +print my UPS label. Much better experience than I had at the FedEx
