Reporting this to an animal control agency, rescheduled my appointment 4 hours later and told me I had to pay a $50 fee. Didn't want to give me my full refund and hung up on me when requested. Disgusting.

If I could give them 0 stars I would very very very rude person on the phone just spoke with a guy and said my appointment with bibi was today ( July ,27, 2024 ) at 4pm which is not my dog and my girlfriend is the one who's info was in the documents and he still said he spoke with a gentlemen which made no sense at all so now they took my money that I paid for and my contract with my dog I made with the adoptions center is overdue and will not be met because of this business so I will be going to the authorities and bringing my lawyer to settle this. Everyone please beware their scam where they try to book their last minute appointments to keep your deposits they close at 5pm and he's calling me at 4:10 to show up to a surgery on my pet which I would expect to take longer then an hour so connecting the dots it was a set up . They're supposed to send an email and call and also have it on the application they have which I have proof they never sent or set up an appointment with my dog. I have the receipt and I have the proof that this was a set up to take my money .

My best advice - find another (any other!) option if at all possible. Taking my rescue dog here was one of the worst, most stressful experiences. Expectations were fully managed, believe me. I have no complaints about the long wait times or difficulty making a reservation (apparently the app is incompatible with all Apple devices.) The deal-breaker is the owner, Garo. As many reviews has already shared, he is (without cause or provocation) rude, non-communicative, aggressive, and shockingly unprofessional. The 'Soup N*zi' of vet-care. It's unsurprising to read his reply that any client who's dissatisfied is 'mentally unstable, on drugs, or alcohol.' There is simply no excuse for this kind of abusive behavior from a service provider. If he treats people with such unkindness, I don't even want to think about how he's treating our beloved pets. We refused any of their services and left. When I emailed, as instructed, to request a refund I was only partially refunded and told by Garo if I email them again, I will be 'blocked as spam.' I think it's perfectly clear who's 'mentally unstable.' Avoid at all costs...and speaking of cost, there are vets who charge the same amount(s) without the side-order of abuse.

This establishment is DISGUSTING! do yourself a favor and do not come here. Late last night i emailed these monsters in a last ditch effort to try and save my dog & by the time they responded sadly my dog passed, which I kindly advised them ( thank you for time however he has passed). The response I received back was cold & quite frankly disgusting for someone grieving their pet. The response this disgusting company gave me was "too late", imagine my shock & heart ache. When I called to tell them hey this was incredibly insensitive & not professional the IDIOT of worker hung up on me & told me he was blocking me. No worries I will leave a review every single day for next 12 months regarding this establishment. After "banning" me , he proceeds to call me & email me attempting to antagonize me. This guy is weird !!

The problem with this place is the owner Garo who has long lost his love, empathy and care. Communication is his worst skill and he takes his anger out on everyone. You will only get stress here

This van is awful they tried to scam me into doing a surgery for my dog they probably had no plans on getting done my dog had broke his jaw last summer and i was in panic mode trying to get him healed I had brought my dog here before for his regular shots and never had a problem so i contacted them they had me come in for blood work they told me to come back for x rays and the surgery when i came back they told me the surgery would be over the weekend i came in they said no surgery more x rays i still complied even though each time i was traveling all the way from Harlem i waited a long time they took my money for x rays and never brought me a receipt another worker came and tried to collect the same payment i already made then they come and try to collect payment for the surgery which was $1000+ again without a receipt i told them i needed the receipt the worker got angry and said they would not book my surgery and kept my dog in the van last out of spite it they also closed their canopy on me and my baby while we were waiting for our dog while it was raining it felt very suspicious and I'm sure they were going to take my money and give me the run around the owner is rude and unprofessional you can see him in these comments arguing with everyone like a child my dog ended up healing on his own without surgery do not trust this van beware

The guy who runs this and answers the phone is very rude, unprofessional, and aggressive in his tone and discourse. Even the verbiage in their policies is aggressive and accusatory. He constantly spoke over me and never to accountability for "losing" my cat. The guy literally hung up when I suggested I help them to call my cat out from under the van seat. Oh yeah, they "lost" my cat for days inside the van. The cat he denied having at first until I had to go extensively into our communications and interactions; then he remembered. He kept calling my cat a he, when she's a she and obviously didn't know her name since he flat out denied having her initially; so how much effort did he really put into easing her out from under the seat. He called my cat feral and crazy acting on 2 separate occasions. They will not allow you to assist with your pet even when they are clearly in great distress; instead, he blamed the animal. He accused me of wasting his time when I told him she would respond to my voice...all because he disagreed that she would, as though he knows my cat better than me. And then unprovoked hung up on me. He had admitted the cat didn't eat in 2 days, and he never once called as TWICE promised to keep me apprised of the outcome. I had my son call, and they hung up on him as well, stating that they said all they had to say about my cat. My son is soft-spoken and very calm type; even he was incredulous at the rudeness he encountered from someone who was supposed to be a trusted health professional. They've had her for 5 days, and she still hasn't been seen by the vet. There is no one above him I can call to get my cat back. I'm thinking of contacting the City. I'm in so much distress. I never raised my voice or was rude. I simply asked for my cat back and to assist in capturing her. She must be so terrified. Do not bring your animal here. They are mean, unprofessional, and incompetent.So I had to come back and update. I see he responded and please do not believe him. My cat is not aggressive. I've had her for 3years and my friend had for 3 before that. She lives with 2 dogs and is gentle and loving. The vet never once called in 8 days to update with their progress. Imagine saying harassment because an owner calls to check in on their pet you can't seem to remember you have. How do you ban a pet owner when you still have their pet? He was caught on camera carrying a basket that had a sign on it that said "Dead Cat" He would not answer when repeatedly asked if it was my cat. He did this on purpose to be mean. He is a ghoulish feind; a shady character. I was forced to call the police. The owner was arrested.

I want to give this place zero stars. Do not send your fur babies here at all. I will not recommend the low cost vet mobile to anyone. The guy there had my cat wear a dirty cone, which was probably a used one. My cat paws were dirty with feces. I asked him if he fed her and his response was that he didn't have time. He had her in a pet carrier that was rusted and old. I had to continue to call him for updates on my cat, he is terrible at communicating. I am happy that I was able to pick her and have her surgery done at her regular veterinarian. Their surgeons would have probably had a devastating result. I regret taking her there . The whole ordeal had me an emotional mess and will never take any of my pets there ever again. The place should be shut down.

Worst Fear unlocked- Recently (Last Thursday (2/28/24) had a family trip planned that did not include our fur babies (including our cat). The establishment that would be boarding them requested that we get that cat immunized first. We naturally took her to low cost vet since we had our dogs immunized there once. Upon going, the policy is to hand over your pet at the door to an employee (it's a parked camper on a street corner, not a building so nobody is allowed inside but the employee) less than an hour later, vague details are told that the cat got spooked and fled under a seat and won't come out so a "trap" has been set. Since there was a time limit the vet offered to keep the cat while we were away for the weekend and would have her safe and returned that following Sunday. We saw no issue. We called on Saturday for an update. The owner tried to convince us that they did not have a cat on the premises (shocking!) Then after we went over the details we got the "Oh, that cat...still missing ". Red flag #1. We returned on Sunday, went straight to low cost vet mobile, they would not allow us to assist in "finding" our cat by calling for us. Insisted that she would not respond to our voices. The owner claimed that he set traps and eventually she would come out. We had no choice but to leave. We called the next day for updates since he NEVER called us in any form. His attitude every time we asked about her was off putting and rude. So far as to say "I have better things to do than talk to you"- which he said to my mother. Things like "I only speak to one owner about this"- said to my brother, "YOu are banned from my business " - said once he got tired of being asked if he found our cat. Tuesday (3/4) I go with my mom in a rainstorm and stand over 4 hours outside to try to talk to the workers about letting us come to an agreement to finding the "LOST" CAT which they are claiming is in the vehicle. Claiming they have seen in the vehicle, they just cannot reach and that they can't allow us to assist without the owner consenting. So when contacting the owner he refuse consent. So when the staff told me come "after hours" to try, I ask when does after hours start I got "Idk" RED FLAG!!! So my mom went to the police. We have had it. The police called the owner. The owner of low cost vet mobile tells the police he has the cat, he sees the cay, he can't catch the cat he has traps. Then proceeds to tell the police she is feral and attacks all of his staff. A house cat that spends all of her time sleeping...feral? The nerve. This was on Tuesday (3/2/24). Fast forward to (3/5/24) we are back to making an official report for theft against low cost vet mobile when we called for an update if the owners "traps" finally caught our baby cat and his response was ver batim "You're Banned from my business" and hung up. No updates. Our cat nowhere to be found. Went in. Never came out. Dont take your fur baby here. The LAST RED FLAG? The spanish vet tech smirking when i made a comment about having to call the cops goes "Call them, this isnt his first time". BEWARE!!!! I truly hope we can find Baby

This “vet” is EXTREMELY rude and UNPROFESSIONAL!!! I would be embarrassed to run my business like this, especially one that should be held with compassion. Our last phone call was atrocious!!! I quote “If you call me you don’t speak, I speak, you don’t hear me or respond unless I ask you a question” WHO SAYS THAT??? I am happy I came to these reviews and possibly gave my dog a little extra time here by avoiding this man and business. Disgusting… devastating.
