Great gym through and through, especially with the improvements made as of late. However, recent trends in culture internally has proven some concerning trends. Why certain members think taking squat/deadlift racks to themselves for hours on hand to chest press minimal weights is beyond me. Perhaps staying on FaceTime between sets is a culture to “life” that they want to provide with the “fitness” we all strive for.

Delicious breakfast, the staff was attentive and friendly. The atmosphere was inviting and clean. The prices were very reasonable.

disgusting gym! Canceled my member they charged me with "ABC LIFE HEALTH FITNESS" after disputing and block their account from future charge, they change a different company "LIFE HEALTH FITNESS" and charged again. Bank fraud team has getting involve. Good Luck with that!They said no contract, month to month charge only. If anything is seeking to kill time and have to call their bank ever month after they cancel they membership no look further this gym will try every single way to charge you monthly!!!

I decided to give this gym a try since it is very close to my house. We filled out a paper form and left our ID at the front desk in order to get our free trial pass. At no point did either employee direct us as to where anything was. I had to ask where the bathrooms were. The basement is where the cycling room is which is a room with broken equipment and cycling machines. The locker room was actually very nice and clean. They have their cardio machines on the first floor along with the two workout rooms that have a selection of weights but with absolutely no ventilation which makes it impossible to work out there. Their second floor has their machines which they do have a great variety. However, I felt like there was no ventilation either. The walls had patches of white and unfinished paint which gave the gym a weird look. There were tvs but none of them were on which didn't make sense. On our way out, the front desk returned my ID but didn't ask me anything or if I would be interested in joining. Wouldn't recommend this gym to anyone

Dishonorable bait and switch! Having read the comments here, I called the gym before going to ask if they were still accepting active renew/ silver sneakers. The person on the phone put me on hold to speak with the manager. When she returned she said that according to the manager they are presently accepting the program but may not in the future. 48 hours later I went there and surprise! No longer accept the program! Obvious from the comments here that this has been the situation for a while and they lied to get us in to try to sell a membership. They also prominently display a sticker in there window claiming they are still participating. I wonder ..., if they lie about this, what else are they lying about?

Expensive! For the quality of the equipment and the staff I would not get a membership here. They do have some machines other gyms don’t have but that’s it!

Very clean gym and the staff are friendly. They are now offering massage services. I must say they are top-notch and exactly what I need post-workout.

Gym smells like sweat all the time when they have ventilation that rarely turn on to save cost. That ruins the experience. You will have to give them 30 day notice in advance to cancel your membership or they'll charge you for an additional month. Bryan at the front desk is ridiculously loud when he is greeting people in the morning. He'll yell in your years with his deafening "Good morning" when you're so close to scanner to get your membership ID scanned. He calls it high energy but I say he's got problems. He's trying to get his energy out but it's very disturbing to someone who wants some peace in the early morning. That's the main reason I quit this gym.

After looking around the neighborhood, I have found the perfect gym that's super clean & full of life. I can't emphasize enough how incredibly important for a gym to offer super large windows that allow great lighting throughout the entire building whether you're on the first floor or on the second floor, I can honestly tell you it was a deal breaker and with it's own gold standard of what a gym has to offer, I would highly recommend this gym to anyone that is looking to get a great workout and allow the natural beauty from the outside be a part of it. Wow worst experience ever!!! Just moved to this area and wanted to find a gym that's close by, so my friends and I went by this gym and wanted to see the environment of the gym, this guy came out screaming with the nastiest attitude. Without any greeting or welcomes we got a mean stare and as if we don't belong at this gym, come on it's the 2023 this Asian hate need to stop. So one of my friend went inside trying to look for someone for assistance, when he walk toward us screaming you can't go there, so we ask what is your problem are you the owner? He said he's a member of then gym and you want to take this outside? I was clearly at shot and trying to find out what's wrong with the dude, so finally found a front desk and ask who's this guy screaming at us and she said he's the owner......... THE OWNER!! A Bussiness man with Asian hate, lies about he's a member when he know his attitude and his abusive words isn't right, but he still does it. My friends and I just want to spread our words and experience, hope everyone else would be more positive and not judge by our race or skin.
