Please do not spend your hard earned money here this business, it is a scam. I had a very bad experience with this company. Its all bad business.
They do not even deserve 1 star.
They will take your money and make you promises, promises everyday and you will not even get your money back. This businesy is a scam and it needs to be investigated. When your done wrong by them dont just sit and take easy, take legal actions. More people need to start coming forward.

This store is the worst store we have ever visited for a used car part. They promised us that the part would be available within a few hours, after 3 hours of waiting they told me that they cannot give us the part because they do not have enough staff, I demand that they give us our money back but they say that they cannot do it to come the next day to give me a check because the person signing was not in the store, we went the next day and when we arrived they told us that the only thing they can do is give us a store credit, which we don't need, why we never go to return to this store. Always be careful where you go for a need to try to solve a problem and never give your money away.

Scum, Don't believe them if they say they have the part you need. I called in advance and they said that the spare part was in stock, I said that I live an hour away, they say, stop by, we have it, upon arrival they searched for 30 minutes and then said sorry, we don’t have what you need

ALERT!! ALERT!!
DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE HERE'S OUR STORY:
We ordered an engine we were promised 2 days delivery. We gave them a check with the amount and signed no company name so that they'll write their company name. Finally two weeks passed by and we were told the engine was ready but they didn't have no one to deliver. I rented a Uhaul and went to their shop to be told the check had bounced but it wasn't because of no funds they didn't put their company name on the check. I was told they couldn't give me the engine to come back with cash. Me and my partner decided that after the nightmare of calling everyday having to rent Uhaul and everything else to donate the car and not buy the engine. They resummitted the check without our permission and cashed the check. we called them and we were told no refund that we had a store credit. Our neighbor is a mechanic and so happened that he's engine broke on his car and we told him to avoid going to court lets use our store credit so that they can get you an engine. A month and a week has passed by and we're calling everyday to be told, the manager is no longer working here Im a new guy I'll definitely take care of you, they'll call us back that the engine in on the way and nothing. Please stay away, stay away.

This Business is horrible, they mislead customers. I ordered and auto parts over two weeks ago and everyday I call it’s tomorrow going into the third week now. Staffs don’t care just giving stories everyday. Don’t waste y’all time and money here

The business will fraudulently take your money. They promise parts however will never fulfill the order. Refunds are not given after the fact they admit taking money and not delivering parts. There should be an open investigation into this business.

DO NOT GO HERE !!!! , DO NOT PAY FIRST , DO NOT PAY CASH for anypart if they cant show you it ! They tell you they have other yards with parts and order it online and charge u more money , ive been waiting 3 weeks for parts had to dispute with cc to get money back close to $1700 , they are crooks !, save yourself the stress ! Oh and no refunds ! So if you pay with cash your screwed , had a guy there arguing waiting for a bumper he paid for more than 30 days ago and still havent gotten it ! Better off buying online !

FRAUD ALERT! Liberty auto parts is not a place to go for your used auto parts, they don't have alot of parts or inventory but they will do everything possible to keep your hard earned money and call it store credit, but you never get to use it . If this is not fraud then I don't know what this is. Third time I had same experience with them. Save yourself, go someplace else.

so I was called today by the same guy who had threatened me and asked me to leave the store, he called because I left them this very truthful review, he started lecturing me about morals and calling me hot-headed. It's amazing how a person with zero morals, empathy or respect has the guts to call my phone and attempt giving me a talk about morality! When I confronted him about the call, he told me he was calling to tell me about the part, which we both know was a lie. There's integrity lacking seriously in that business.
Be careful out there everyone, they lie, keep your money and give you store credits they'll never honor.
