Very friendly staff. Had a coat that needed dry cleaning before I left for town next week, and they put it on rush order so I could pick it up on the way when I leave. Laundromat also seems reasonably big and well taken care of.

Been to a few different laundromats and slightly disappointed with most with the exception of this one. Never had one issue with cleanliness or rude customers. The owner has always been very nice and greets you when passing bye. I have never had an issue with the machines! I recommend Li’s on Willets Point Blvd if your looking for a dependable laundromat.

The best laundromat in the neighborhood. Very clean and amazing and very friendly staff! They are always helpful and acknowledge you by name. Drop off service is fast. All the machines work great!

I've been coming here for many years and this is a great place! It's staffed by three women and they work very hard at washing/drying/folding laundry drop-offs, handling dry cleaning orders and keeping the machines and floors clean. Karen, one of the staff, helped me by advising whether or not to clean a very old wool blanket. (I didn't wash the blanket as I didn't want to take a chance of it shrinking or shedding.) The ladies also do their best to help their customers get the next available washer or dryer when this place gets extremely busy. This is a well-run business!

I’ve been coming here to do my wash for over 20 years staff is always very pleasant and helpful. The prices are reasonable compared to the others in the neighborhood. Karen is the best! Always willing to help and waits for me even when I come late! :)

I went to 3 local laundromats before trying Li’s as I am a bit fussy when it comes to laundry. Karen and Angela provide first class service. I drop my laundry off and they always go the extra mile. Everything is folded to perfection and neatly packed. They know exactly what not to put in the dryer and what to hang. They even lightly dry certain items for me to remove wrinkles but avoid shrinking. In addition, we have 2 cats and sometimes the fur is stubborn- they do their best to remove even more fur after washing and drying (even though I didn’t ask) They have truly improved my quality of life!!! Always a pleasure to do business and have a chat with them… so happy I held out for perfection. Thank you ladies for making our lives that much easier.

I've only used their dropoff laundry and the service is very good. They fold the clothes up properly, very quick and efficient with the exchange.
