Staff: unfriendly, unhelpful, unwelcoming.
Environment: small, mostly clean.
Machines: clean, expensive, majority functional.
Personal experience: Business is good, but staff is a poor representation of entity.
Recommendations: Would like to see better customer service. I'm not asking for Disney world level commitment, but a small gesture goes a long way, especially in a stressful place like New york.

I have been doing pick up service with this company. Price is reasonable. Love the way the laundry is done. All done in 24 hour period. Will continue to use them

Fantastic next day laundry service. Can sometimes do same day if needed. Owners are a delight to work with and home delivery and pick up is extremely convenient ... even from several towns over.

Just used them for the first time and very impressed by the quality of their service. The clothes smelled great and folded well, and my daughter's school uniform came out as great as it does through professional dry cleaning. Also, the driver is super friendly and professional. Definitely recommend for others.

I been doing laundry P/U and delivery with Leffert’s Laundry for the past 4 years.They have service and they are super reliable!The garments arrived and folded and they smell great.They cater to my needs and the driver super polite.I highly recommend them.

I was also a loyal costumer of Bubble but was recently taken over by Jookker . They lost/gave away my 20.00 bag of clothes dropped off. Owner did nothing to make me feel better or try and make the situation better. He was actually rude. I put a stop on my credit card since payment was made when clothes were dropped off but out hundred of dollars worth of clothes.

I was a loyal customer and loved the old owners but they recently got a new owner and I had a hard time picking up my laundry because they wrote down my boyfriend’s first name and I gave them his last name and then the owner didn’t believe it was me and they didn’t write the phone number so I couldn’t even give him that.Despite that, my laundry was still DAMP and wrinkly. I paid $50 to get damp laundry.Not to mention, they lost the padding from my favorite bra. If you have to wear a bra, you KNOW how hard it is to find a good one. Not coming back again.
